    This company towed my vehicle out of my parking space at my apartment I want them to return it

    To Whom it may concern, I have reached out to ***** and he does not live or was towed in the state of ********* where our company is located. He apologized that he wrote review to wrong company and said he would take it down. We also hope this is taken down.

    While I was helping my mother in law move some things from her house these people towed my car. Now they won't give me my car or the trailer that was hooked to it. I had every right to be in that parking lot.

    We are sorry for your frustration as we are only doing a job we are hired to do by the apartment complex. That parking lot is a permit parking only lot you did not have a permit or permission to park there. so therefore you cannot park in the main lot also, you were taking up three parking spots if you were truly there, moving your mother-in-law, you shouldve been parked by the door with your four-way flashers on not in the lower parking lot, also your car was towed at 2 AM. With no one around or near your car For over an hour No one said you couldnt have your car or trailer back but you do need to pay the fees associated with your car being towed pictures and video available
