    They are unethical and uncommunicative. I was informed of the towing and tried to contact them multiple times to get more information regarding it. They did not respond. There are no listings of towing or storage on their website like other sites. When I arrived to pay for it, they made excuses as to why they were unable to provide information over email and phone. They over charged compared to industry standard and the law. According to MN Law, they can not charge more than $30 a day but they charged me $45 a day.

    To whom it may concern, we have looked thru our records and we have no-one by the name of "****" having a vehicle towed in the past few weeks by our company. We follow ALL MN Towing guidelines. No-one who has came in did not raise any concerns on pricing or frustrations. We sorry for your frustrations but we are unaware of any issues.

    Uses a contract with a private residential housing company on private roads as an excuse for predatory towing. Sure they gonna say they just doing their job however a contract to do predatory towing doesn't justify doing predatory towing on private property. Additionally, their charges and fees are well above average. About %20-%25 higher than average. I tried to get a reduction, but they wouldn't give me a time the owner would be in, and they said the price is what it is. However it's not, as someone with inside knowledge of the towing industry, these prices are set by the owner and they can make up the price to be anything, and charge for anything they can Profesionaly name it to be. don't recommend predatory companies.
