    April 4th i had Minnesota rusco take out my second floor bath and shower and be replaced with a ***** walkin yib and shower. From day one there were issues. The shower leaked and water leaked on the floor. I also noticed that there was water on the floor that leaked when i showed. I took pictures and sent them to Minnesota Rusco complaining that the shower is leaked on my floor and also leak on my ceiling below. I called several times and got NO RESULTS that was after the shower/tub was in stalled in April not one person responded. Then in July nthe jets in the tub wouldn't shut off. I was told not to run the jets without water. I had a h*** of a time getting out of the tub without draining it. This was horrific and for $30K spent on this was not worth my money. Anyway a person come out to fix the jets and could not fix it (because they never come to look to see what was wrong. They just assumed what it was. As the repair man was here he said that there is NO FIX TO MY LEAK. And that it will continue to leak. Meanwhile my floor and ceiling is being ruined and water is leaking near my breaker box. And they can't do anything to fix it. I AM SO UPSET. $30K and a lifetime warranty and it can't be fixed. I took out a loan for this. And now it is ruining my home. I need to hire an Attorney to fix this. This place needs to be looked in the to. My second floor is getting water damage and water leaks by my electrical breaker and i don't get help or a response. I am scared of my life. Eill i get electrocuted or will my batg fall thru the floor. This IS A SAFETY ISSUE AND NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. PLEASE HELP ME. **********. ********************************************************************. LOOP

    Our company has been in contact with this customer regarding their concerns. From conversations with the customer and our manufacturer we have found that the Walk-in bath was being used as a primary shower resulting in excess water being let outside the space. Our manufacturer has spoken with the customer directly and shared that this type of tub is not meant to be used in this manor on a regular basis and recommended either replacing with a standard tub/shower combo or walk-in shower option. Once our manufacturer hears back from the customer what selections they have made we will be replacing the product and repairing the damage to the ceiling from the excess water.
