  NEVER AGAIN would I hire MN Rusco! Met with the Sales person June 2023, we discussed the bathroom changes in detail. Close window off, full end shower w/ grab bars. We were to remove the long wall of wainscoting, they would take care of the section behind the toilet. The vanity was to be replaced along w/ the faucet. We asked if the switches could be rotated from horizontal to vertical. The sales guy and measuring guy both said yeah we can do that. The amount we wanted to put down was messed up and it was in the contract. Work finally started in September but with issues. The medicine cabinet was too narrow and had to be reordered (on the contract we couldn't tell it was the medicine cabinet) - this one was not as wide as the vanity. The wainscoting was not ordered, the faucet was damaged on install. The switches weren't going to fit on the wall by the door so we were given the option of in the cabinet and taking up space or in the hall opted for the hall. A bare bulb was hung so we had light. The cowling on the shower grab bar was not attached. The waterline behind the toilet dripped water. The cabinet installer came back with the siding and it was woodgrain and we have smooth. The medicine cabinet was still not what we told Aaron and the MN Rusco people involved that day and it was installed upside down so the magnets were at the top. The electrician came back and installed the light 5" off center and did a VERY poor job changing a 2 outlet to a 4 - actually he put in 2 mismatched outlets. Mid November we still did not have siding so I called and it was installed November 29th.
  We had to hire a cabinet man, electrician - our guy learned that MN Rusco did not pull a permit, handyman to fix the sheetrock holes and buy a new faucet.
  I have filed a complaint with the MN Attorney Generals office that went unanswered and am proceeding with next steps.

  The sales team came to my house to quote. A roof project, front door project and a deck refurbished opportunity. They came in to my house and immediately let me know that the deck
  Is not for them. Quoted the door at 3 times a local bid and after over a month still have not seen the roof quote. The two person sales team openly disagreed on what is and what is not included in the bid they send. Again, after over a month still
  Waiting for a bid. Not only did we experience this very unprofessional behavior they were condescending to me and I do not think I will want to do business with this company. Additionally, the free gift they promised, have not received yet. I have sent 3 messages to Rusco and am hearing crickets from them.

  0 stars should be an option. The sales person for the free consultation is the only person to ever come to my house. My 80 yr old handicap mom needed a handicap tub to shower conversation. We paid over $20,000 in full at that visit. We were waiting on financial stuff for our roof as part of this whole process. I called and canceled as my moms home care team told us he insurance would cover this cost and I could not qualify for the $100,000 roof. They yelled at me on the phone and refused to return my money even though they have done nothing but a "free" consultation. We paid cash to get a "discount" so we couldn't do a stop payment. THIEVES Despicable customer service, shady busness practices, steal from elderly, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND USE ABSOLUTELY ANYONE ELSE

  They did an excellent job installing our new shower and exhaust fan. I have no complaints. They have 5 star service, quality work, fair pricing. I will continue to do business with Minnesota Rusco.

  I was working with Andy ********* on my project for getting everything fixed and is almost fixed. Per Andy told me I needed to headquarters.
  1. He helped me get a copy of the receipt for the inside front door and the storm door but he was unable to break the cost of each door down on the invoice. This I could never get completed.
  2) The storm door I received had many issues with it being broken and having to re-order it and wait another month for a new one installed. The door I receive does not have the features I asked for. Very disappointed in this. These doors were Never shown to me and only order as an add-on via phone.
  There have been many numerous issues with the installers and the entire project was a disappointment to me from the clean up or the outside, inside, and the windows themselves. There no inspection of the products before they brought to my home because the these where other broken items; living room window, the frame was cracked and screen torn. I wish I would have had Kay Designers do the project; at least they cleaned up everything and inspected the product before coming out. This spring I will have to take my windows apart to clean them; not just the glass but all the plastic fibers in the tracks and the smudges the installers left on the frames. Everything is fixed now but I still have the issue with that storm doors functionality.
  Having worked in the window industry; I feel this was sub-par for quality. I cannot recommend your company to others and the reviews will state that once I publish them out on the internet.
  You may want to bring this to the attention of you manager(s) who I believe are Matthew ****** and Romain ***** who an email twice to.Romain *****, it appears he does not care about since I received no response.
  Final Note: after everything was finally fixed, the installation manger on the team, he failed to square the trim work making it difficult to hang curtains and also one of the corners now has a crack in it..

  I have Minnesota Russsu doing my cabinets in the kitchen. They started on 10/02/24 told me . everything was in they start the process. That started on 11/30/2024, told them I wanted a 1/2 cabinet next to the window but they put in a full ceiling to floor Not what I wanted. So we went over the order and they forgot to put in lights under the cabinets. 4 lights will be $4000.00 more!!
  Now I have to get someone to do so. Nothing has been done now since Jan 17, 2024. They wont return my phone calls. Here I sit with a kitchen 1/2 done. Crappy company.

  If I could go lower I would. It started with the the salesman Hamel. He made promises that never came to fruition such as telling me that we would have an insulation put on the whole house that was an r-3.3 value added. He also told us that the job would be a complete removal of our existing insulation in our attic and we would have a 1” layer of spray foam put down before we would have our 16-18” of cellulose blown into our attic and that the guys would arrive in a big truck within a couple weeks to install everything. When they arrived they came in two pick up trucks with a rented machine from Home Depot. They told me that they were not going to pull anything out of my attic but instead they would be blowing what they had on top of the existing material. When the guys said that they were done I went up to see what was done and measured in the closest spot that I could without getting too deep into the attic as to not disturb my depth and at its highest point that I could reach it was at 14” and was so uneven that it was nowhere near the r-60 value (the 16-18”) which is recommended in our area of the country. I have been in contact with the project manager multiple times by text and also leaving voice messages all of which I was told that he was trying to figure something out to get somebody out to do a re-blowing of my attic to get it to where we were supposed to be originally. Fast forward 2 months and here we are still waiting for somebody to come out and do our attic properly.

  Our bathroom project was completed today. Matt and Clayton are knowledgeable about the products, answered all of our questions, and did an exceptional job. Matt and Clayton made Russo look good!!
