    The sales rep was all about getting the sale but now that we have had problems with the installation it is crickets on MN Rusco's part. They drilled through the bathroom wall and into the adjacent bedroom and did not even inform us that it happened. We discovered it after they left and of course after they collected their final payment. A Customer Service rep called a week later expected a rave review and was clueless that we had issues even though we had told them about it. She said she would have the Project Manager call me, but it has been two weeks, and no one has contacted us, nor has they been any credit given for the damage. For a company that touts how they have been around since 1955 I would think they could do better on making things right with the customer. Please try harder and do better Minnesota Rusco, LLC!

    I have had nothing but problems with this companies communications. Not only did they take a full year longer than promised to get our installation completed, but they never get back to me when I try to get warranty work done. Their product is fine, but when no one seems to care a out the customer after they get your money... I can't in good conscience recommend them to anyone. I had to reach out for warranty work yet again, and I'm being ignored.

    they will not refund our money because our bathroom project was going to take 3 weeks instead of one day like promised.
    We also wanted to make changes and we told to call if we had questions or any changes.
    We never got a follow up call saying that they were about to put the order in were there any changes that you would like to do before we place or order.
    The sales person took our changes and she said it would not be a problem to make these changes. we get a phone call telling us they already put the order in and now we will be charged a restocking fee and they are taking our $17,000 and not returning our money. This company does not promise the one day bathroom. this company is a scam! We want our money back!!!!!!~

    They absolutely fumbled my home project. They ordered the wrong cabinet, Installed the trim wrong so that it sticks out. They did not seal the floor behind the toilet where the water leaks, THEY INSTALLED MY TOILET WRONG causing a leak into my downstairs. The installors told me they would not install the ceiling panel with popcorn ceiling so I had to remove it myself if I wanted it. Absolutely ridiculous.

    I would like to thank Kevin and Mike for the overall experience of replacing our windows. They explained the work prior to starting, provided status along the way, and went through the end results when they finished. They also took care to protect the house while leaving everything in a clean stated when they finished.

    If we could right now we would give them 0 stars. After searching for a good company to replace our bathtub with a walk in shower, we thought we had found one everything was great in the first few meetings. We had thought after the saleslady left that we would be getting what WE wanted but the whole project has been a nightmare! Not only did the company promise a larger shower and would be going back to the studs, which would have made it bigger as we were told it would be, they said we could have a hot and cold faucet as we had before, Dave the installer told us he hasn't done one like that for years, again we were told by saleslady we would have it. Wrong shelf was ordered, so they said that would be replaced. BUT when they brought the base in (keep in mind they already had ripped our old bath out) it was too small only the size of the bathtub we had before. What could we do? tell them to pack up and leave? was too late we needed a shower and they knew that, so Dave installed it, many issues since, the doors leak at bottom and sides, don't like the water faucet at all, and with the cost of it we didn't get what we were told was going to be done. To top it off we haven't heard from the company about these and a few other issues for over 3 weeks, no contact we made lots of calls to them. I can't believe after reading some of the reviews on this site that they continue to get A+ rating from you. Richard & Tammy

    We had siding, gutters, windows and walk in shower installed. The project was completed April 2023. We had a couple of issues with a starter rail for the siding coming off and they installed screens on the gutters. The gutter screen is pushing up on the shingle drip rail in spots and pushing up the shingles. On Sept. 7th I sent a warranty request and never heard back. On Oct. 10th I spoke to Aaron, the sales rep (he has been great to work with) and he got me in touch with Andy in the office. He said the warranty manager would contact me that afternoon or the next day to set up and appointment. Never heard back from anyone - left several phone messages. I re-submitted an online request - no contact back. This is very disappointing considering the amount of money we spent with Rusco and that they have no customer service.

    Some things to know about MN Rusco who we recently hired to do a tub to walk-in shower conversion which included a bathroom window.
    They are not inexpensive but they do great work.
    Their sales pitch is sort of high pressure, e.g., "we can give you this price if you sign right now otherwise it will be X$ more". Also the sales rep claimed the walk-in shower would be 6" wider than the tub it replaced (it wasn't).
    Ask specific questions from the measuring person about actual sizes, building codes, and what needs to done prior the start of the project, e.g., the plumber had to upgrade the drain pipe in order to meet current code - it was not a problem other than he was not informed of this and discovered it when he arrived to do the install.
    If they are redoing any plumbing lines they will replace your old copper with plastic.
    Finally, when they called to give us the actual work dates the customer service person said there would be two contractors on different days, one for the window and another for the walk-in. It turned out we had one contactor for the whole project which was not a problem but led to some confusion on our part.
    These are not necessarily problems, just things you should be aware of, and we are very satisfied with our new shower.
