    We are replacing all the windows plus the front door and sliding door. Pat came out to talk with us and take measurements couldn't ask for a friendly and honest guy very happy with pat. He answered all questions and concerns so when he left we where satisfied. Can wait to get our new windows and doors in.

    Our project was a full kitchen cabinet refacing, new soft close door hinges and drawers, a new pantry cabinet, and upgraded crown moulding. The Rusco sales and measurement representatives were excellent, and we were able to easily make change orders after closing the deal. Financing through GreenSky was easy with the 24 months no interest payment plan.
    The installation was scheduled faster than expected and customer service confirmed/verified dates for our availability. Our installer was outstanding in every way, arriving on time each day, keeping us informed at each step, and cleaning up when finished each afternoon. His attention to detail was much appreciated, as he even pointed out two minor corner dings on the supplied doors that he would have replaced through customer service.
    Overall, our experience with Minnesota Rusco exceeded expectations and we highly recommend them for a remodeling project.

    We redid our 1972-era bathroom with Rusco. Took out the old tub and put in a walk-in shower, swapped out toilet, vanity, sink, lighting, medicine cabinet, and flooring. Nazar, who led the installation, did good work and was careful with our home. We appreciated the minimal disruption time for this process. Really like the material for the shower - it feels good on the feet! Not slippery at all. Updated all hardware, too, and even though we did not change the footprint, the bathroom feels completely different. We're happy with the end result.

    Had them come out for a quote..per advertisment on TV..they will come out with a $50.00 gift card to Home Goods if you allow them in our house and give you a quote......quote tooo high for bathroom but no gift card either not on the spot like commercial states!!! Representative mentioned nothing until my husband mentioned gift card...."opps we mail them out"....weeks go by no card..correct address all good we recently got new windows from them too..so we are on file!!!! 3 months later I call them inquriing about gift card....."we mailed them out April 1 " Jan says....now I get EVERY bill /magazine to my house for 8 years I lived here...why not that card?? I do not believe this is a good practice for many $50.00 gift cards..or do they really send them out...hmmmmmmm

    Our salesman Hamel was very professional and explained the process and company details. We are in the process of getting 3 new doors and are very happy with the process so far.

    We had 4 windows replaced in the upstairs bedroom area of our home. Everything was smooth and predictable from start to finish. Paperwork, financing, and scheduling was thorough and easy to understand. There was always a contact person available if questions arose. The installation personnel were timely, professional and did a wonderful job...the windows look great.

    I purchased some windows and a sliding door from RUSCO. Everyone with whom I interacted was very professional and friendly. They seemed to be very focused on product quality and customer satisfaction. I am pleased with my windows and door, and felt valued as a customer. RUSCO seems like a great company.
