  I used the Window Store in two homes now. They did a great job replacing every window in our first home and kept the price the same as we did replacements in two phases over more than a year. Recently they replaced three windows and patio door in our new home; all work was done on time and the installer was very professional. I recommended them to my son for two large windows, he had a good experience as well. I would recommend them for windows.

  To be honest, The Window Store doesn't spend $ on TV, radio, or online marketing and saves money that way. They actually cold-knocked my door and asked if I needed any window improvements/replacements. I said I actually had been considering for awhile, but hadn't pulled the trigger. I set up an appointment and, having replaced 1 other property's windows and also having been through several window companies sales pitches, I knew what I would be looking for. I set up a time, listened to someone explain their specific product, they used to use Alside windows, which I have on another property, and I liked what they had to say. They were inexpensive, but had the same characteristics I was looking for and had gone with in the past. I can only speak for myself, but I am satisfied. I asked for even more of a discount (military discount and discount if I advertise on my lawn for them). I got what discount I could and ended up paying $28k or $29k for the whole 2 story house (3 bedrooms). They even replaced rotting wood on 3 or 4 windows for no extra charge (there would have been extra charge if there was 1 more window's wood frame/sill that had been rotted). They ALSO pointed out 4 cheap shortcuts whatever window company installed windows before took; this was before I purchased the home. Learned even more about windows. Satisfied!

  They replaced our 4 Kitchen windows this year, the whole process went smoothly, and the end result was perfect!! Our kitchen is much warmer with the replacement windows, and we love spending time in our kitchen now. Would use them again.

  We had our kitchen cabinets refaced. Although we had some delays due to construction and style issues, the office staff and the installers were wonderful.

  We had the front door and garage door replaced and both were done perfectly! Process was easy from sales, to measurement to install. Installers even purchased additional wood strips to fill the gaps in the floor from previous doors! Everything was cleaned up and trash taken away. We have used this company for many projects and have always had excellent service! Joan M.

  I have a euro kitchen with 2 colors of cabinets.
  The cream colored doors were chipped and falling apart.
  The rest of the cupboards were great.
  They came out and were able to design something that saved what was really good,while replacing doors,and adding some custom drawers as we requested.
  The result is a fully updated look with some new efficient features that was easy on my budget.

  I’ve had several issues with kitchen cabinets refacing from installation to unresponsive. I would not recommend this company at all - just keep looking.

  The Window Store did an excellent job installing 2 new windows for us.
  We appreciated the professionalism of every person we interacted with on our project. We would definitely work with them again.

  The install seemed to go well. Unfortunately I have a bent screen, a bowed window, and the trim was smaller than the previous window leaving an unfinished appearance bumpy border around the window. I left 2 messages to inquire about addressing the trim. I received no response. Our window started leaking profusely after a rain, so I called again. I finally got a call back. It took a week or so to get someone out. They proceeded to caulk around the window, and took pictures of the area around the trim. Two weeks later it rained again, and again water came pouring in from the window. I again had to leave several messages to get a call back. When the service tech came out he stated it was not the window, and I should call another window professional to figure out where the water was coming from. He stated it had to be coming in from above the window, which I could fathom. 9 yrs with no water getting in and no visible damage to the wood during install, and now I need to call another professional to inspect. My question was why this never happened prior to the new windows. My point being is the only change was the disruption of changing of the window. The company seems to reject any responsibility and put it back on you with no answers....other than our contract states we don't have to match the trim and repairs are on you to finish the project. Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. As most windows are basically equivalent, I would not recommend this company to an enemy. buyer beware.

  We recently had our cupboards refaced! Working with The Window Store was a pleasant & rewarding experience from beginning to end. EVERY staff person was super pleasant, understanding, & helpFULL! Our installer was AMAZING! It was a really big project & we couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen!
