  A great experience from the beginning to end with replacement windows.
  We had the Window Store replace some windows in 2016. They did a great job so we had them come back and replace the last 7 windows. Sales person, Arlen, did not have to go through many details because of our past experience.
  The installer, Mike, did a fabulous job. He was challenged with some of these replacements because it was a job my spouse completed 20 years before. Mike met the challenge and replaced them better than ever. Glad he had 25 years of experience to meet this challenge. I’m especially happy with how he completed the trim on the inside.

  I hired this company to do my kitchen cupboard refacing and new countertops. The installer was great to work with and seemed to be doing good work. I work nights so most days I was sleeping when he left. On completion day this was the same. That evening I was able to inspect things little closer, I found a few problems. I should also mention that 2 doors were measured wrong and there were missing handle pulls. When I messaged the installer about the things I found, which were 2 nicks or dings in the countertop and the seams not being filled on the cupboards, he stated he was sorry, he forgot and he would fix the seams when he came out with missing doors/handles, and he would look at the countertop. Fast forward almost 6 weeks and I still had nothing. In this time I also found what appeared to be something underneath the countertop, feeling/seeing a lump in the countertop. I was finally able to get a response from the company themselves when i sent a rather nasty but direct email. They sent someone to inspect and he took down notes. Over a week later, again I inquired with the company about what was happening, she stated she was sorry that no one let me know but they were re-making my countertop. On May 18th I inquired yet again on status as the last contact we had was May 4th. She stated countertop and doors were ready. 2 installers showed up on May 22nd. Again I was sleeping while the work was done, but upon inspection all seemed well. Until I was wiping down the countertop that was replaced and looked at the backsplash. There are/were huge gouges all along it, from one end to the other. i imagine these came from pulling it off old countertop/putting on the new one. Once again, I emailed the company, and she asked me to send her pics which I did on May 26th. No response has been received since. The sad part is I love my kitchen, but the company was terrible to work with and quality is obviously not one of the things they take pride in.

This is construction, and we have issues with the nature of our work; however, we will never leave an incomplete job. We will deliver a high standard of work for each one of our customers.

  In 2021 we had The Window Store put a new roof and gutters on our home. We were so happy with the end results and follow up care that when we needed several window replaced we had them on the job again. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to a friend. We received 5 star service from the initial visit, measuring appointment and through the installation. Their crews always do a fantastic job of cleaning up the area after the work is finished. When its time to replace the rest of the windows in our home they will be the first company we call. *********************** and ***********************

  We could not be happier with The Windows Store for the new installation of six porch windows in our 1925 Craftsman bungalow home! We feel like we just got an extra room. Gone is the leaky, drafty, noisy porch with the rotting, brittle storm windows. Enter a gorgeous match to the original woodwork. The windows are tight-fitting but so easy to use. So far a thunderstorm with high winds or the blazing sun have not challenged the benefits of these windows. Our installer Tom was thorough and courteous, showing us the layers of insulation and highlighting the detailed care of the design and installation process. We actually look forward to next winter when, after over ten years of ownership, we can finally enjoy sitting in our cozy porch and LOOKING at the beautiful snow-laden view. Thank you, The Windows Store, for providing a valuable reclamation for our bungalow haven.

  Yes, we ask that everyone who can have a say in what happens with the home be there for our appointments. You'll find this is pretty standard in the industry. The reason we've made it a policy is because we have found ourselves in some very uncomfortable situations where a customer decided to hire us to do work for their home. Once we started the work the other person who wasn't involved with the process didn't like what we were doing and asked us to stop doing the work we were contracted to do. After this happened a few times, we decided we did not want to put ourselves in this position again so we made it a policy to meet with everyone who has a say in the home to avoid these situations in the future. We also found that it typically saves everyone a lot of time since we can address everyone's questions in one visit, and everyone is involved in picking out the products. Quite often people think it's as simple as showing up, measuring, and leaving a quote, but there are many choices & options with windows and everything else we do that we need to go over before giving any prices. This way when we price the project out we know it is exactly what the customer wants. We strive to be professional in how we do things here and have found that having everyone involved from the beginning of the process is the best way to do that. Sometimes customers have a hard time seeing things from the business perspective and don't understand, but we try to explain and make this clear to people the best we can.

  We did a kitchen reface project. Everything looks fantastic! Our installer had great attention to detail. As I've had questions about certain things my calls have been returned promptly. The financing department was a pleasure to work with as well.

  We are very happy with our new kitchen. Our sales man was friendly and knowledgeable. Our installer worked quickly and did a fine job. He kept ** informed and answered all of our questions. My wife was skeptical about refacing our cabinets but is now totally sold. ******

  I am very happy about my new windows from The Window Store. Adam, Josh and Bill were very professional and respectful of us and our home.
  Our windows were put in when the house was built. They were steel frames on crank out windows. They were a nightmare. To make matters worse we have a concrete brick and lannon stone home. The frames were screwed right into the concrete. It proved to be a very difficult job. They just started working on the first window and after muscling and fighting to get it out, came up with a system. After that 1st window the process moved right along. It was not easy by any means but these 3 just kept going. They really know their job. We were amazed!
  I would recommend this company to anyone. Our house was one of the worst and they never gave up. Whatever type of house you have, I know they can handle it with ease.
  These windows are beautiful! My house is warm! I can’t believe how much light I have! My neighbors have been commenting on how beautiful our house looks with these windows. I’m so glad we decided to do this and I’m happy we choose The Window Store for the job.

  We had our windows installed this past August and I wanted to wait until the colder months to write the review just to be able to tell the difference they made. We had original wood framed windows in our house that were broken, single pane and drafty. I will break the review into a few different categories:
  The windows themselves:The quality of windows alone is great! We absolutely love the look and feel of the new windows. We also have such a difference with the amount of heat and gas we’ve had to use this winter. Last year I would have to keep my house 5-7 degrees above what I wanted the actual room temperature to be. This year whatever I set the temp at is what it is!
  The sales: we were looking for windows when a sales person stopped by. He was polite, gave us the different price points when we explained what we were looking for, and was very knowledgeable. I didn’t feel like he was pushy or trying to sell us stuff we didn’t like (unlike other company reps we had previously) the wait for our windows was a little longer than quoted but it was also when there was a huge supply chain/transportation issue nationwide and during busy season and so we didn’t mind the wait because for us it fit our schedule.
  The installation: I cannot rave about our installer enough! Adam installed our windows pretty much by himself, it did take him 2 days, but he was so meticulous and the work was amazing. I absolutely love the look inside and out. Clean lines, everything matches, just beautiful work. You could really tell he loves what he does! He was also very clean on the worksite and very polite.
  10/10 for the experience of getting our windows installed!
