We have been sadly disappointed in the warranty and the treatment by the management in the Rochester MN location. We've returned one car, and are looking at ways to get the other one returned. Disappointed in the treatment after needing warranty service, and excuses are not working for me. Customers that can obtain financing elsewhere, do.

Long time excellent customer, that was upset when their vehicle needed repairs not covered under warranty. The warranty covers engine, drive train components, but not items considered normal wear and tear maintenance. It is unfortunate to lose such a good customer.Review fromDaniel D

Don't do business, not only are cars highly priced. Your payment is pretty much half interest and half principal. 6+ years too pay off a 18,000 car. Ridiculous. You guys switched the payment method, and instead of keeping old system going until bugs were worked out. But nope was told 80+ people were having same issue. Even with communication, you guys threatened to repo my car when I was at the store before close. You guys threatened to snatch the car from out under my family cause of an issue you guys caused. Pathetic(btw on time payments for 2 1/2 years). You will never get my business again, and everyone I know will run from you guys.Cars-N-Credit, Inc.

Cars n Credit Rochester was good at first, I bought a 2018 Jeep Renegade for my wife and haven't had any problems, then I got another car to be our travel car because we have 13 grandkids with 9 of them until the age of 18. The 1st car a 2015 Chevy Equinox was problems, they worked with me and I was able to get a 2016 Ford Edge. When I test drove it I told them what it needed they said no problem and I had no reason to doubt them. I rept telling them that APIM needed to be replaced. They sent me to Heartland Tire and Auto, and had Jared look at it. I had told Jared that a used one wasn't going to work, and he got upset at me and told me not to bring my cars back. Chris had him order a new one from Ford and have me take my car back there after I was told not to, anyway, they put the new on I and Chris calls and tells me that it's fix, BUT the NAVIGATION doesn't now, I'll like really. NOT ONLY DOESN'T THE NAVIGATION WORK, and I CAN'T CONTROL MY CLIMATE CONTROL , I called Chris and he told me that it's basically not his problem, well yes it is, because you had a guy put it in that told me not to bring my car back and now my new APIM is f**ked up. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that Jared half as**d put that in. The damage that was on the car has been fixed. It's in better shape now than when I purchased it. I have no problem paying no car payments on time, I just want them to fix my info system so that I can use all of the functions that I'm paying for because I travel frequently and need those things to work. I've had this car for about 100 days and have been fighting with Cars n Credit to get this fix. The functions in the APIM control alot of things in this cars. I'M hoping they come through and fix this correctly, so that I can fully enjoy my car like my wife enjoys her Jeep RenegadeCars-N-Credit, Inc.

We have bent over backwards on two different vehicles to help this customer. Through out the process he has be rude, including cussing at most of my employees. As far as Heartland, no mechanic likes to be told how to do his job, politely or rudely. It is a shame for our customer, as ***** is very good at what he does. We will continue to work around the customers rude behavior to get the vehicle right.Review fromDeborah M

Horrible vehicles, harassing phone calls and if you complain they repo your car in retaliation. Delusional owner and management who does not fully comprehend how many people have brought complaints against them. Only people who go to them are those in desperation and they become victims to these people. Im glad to see all the online reviews to help others be aware.Cars-N-Credit, Inc.

Before you purchase a vehicle with these guys, they make you sign a binding contract and if circumstances change financially and you try to return it, there is a chance they will take you to court. When I am done paying for my vehicle, I will no longer be buying another vehicle with them. Be aware!Cars-N-Credit, Inc.

1 starI will never shop here again. I purchased a vehicle that just had a rebuilt engine put in and have nothing but problems since. And less than a year later the vehicle needs a whole new engine and I'm bring told I have to pay half of cost.
