    My car was rearended in a 4 car pileup on highway 5. I was brought to the E.R. and my car was brought to Williams towing. The following day I paid 788.00 to have my car brought to my home from the Williams towing impound lot. Overnight (or sometime between) they smashed the rear edge of the passenger front door of the car in. The damage was not there previously in any way shape nor form.
    I called Williams Towing the following day after the car was here at my home again. They said that there was nothing that they can do and it was caused by the accident. Do not use this company.
    I gave the car key to the ambulance driver upon request while in the ambulance. My copy of the invoice stated no key and that the car is driveable. This is a lie as the entire rearend of the car including brake lights are smashed in and missing.

    Terrible, terrible company! Towed my sisters car and after getting it back the steering was really bad. Brought it to my mechanic, the ball joints are shot and it needs an alignment. He said apparently they don't know how to tow a car or just treated it like crap.
    STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT HOW THEY TREAT YOUR VEHICLE!
