1 starWorst customer service ever!!! They are rude, talk to you as if you do not understand anything when you absolutely do! The movers took their sweet time, they were nice, but were sent to the wrong address to begin with! Basically ripped me off in the total cost. Damaged my furniture and didn’t wrap it properly! I am so frustrated because my father was the one who recommended them and he raved on how they were quick and efficient and the price was exactly the price. They basically charged me an additional $200 for 30 min! I didn’t have that much furniture to begin with and everything was disassembled and organized for them from the start. They will use the excuse of it being in their terms and are absolutely a scam! Go with any other moving company. Will never use them again!Review fromAngelique K

Two men and a truck took advantage of my situation they damaged two of my televisions also I had several items missing that I believe were stolen however this company was paid well to give a terrible service I would never use this service again or recommend them to anyone

Angelique * I do apologize for your experience and perception of us, but as we discussed there really isn't anything that we can do when your storage unit was in the state that it was when we arrived. This is why we asked you to sign a release of liability upon opening your storage unit. Also, we did check our truck for your missing cooler and Swiffer, and they simply weren't there. Moving is chaotic, and we understand that, but again there simply isn't anything we can do given the facts on the ground. I am sorry.Review fromLeslie K

We apologize for this situation. I will say that our trucks are big, and traffic can certainly put us in the way of other vehicles; just as other vehicles can be in the way of us. We are all using the same roads, and it is never, ever our intention to impede other drivers' routes. We are using our GPS tracking system to determine which truck this driver is referring to, and will pull our camera footage. Once our investigation is complete, we will take appropriate measures to train on the issue. If possible, we will reach out to the driver making this claim and complaint. Again, our apologies for the situation, but we will get to the bottom of it. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.Review fromErik H

1 starI had a surround sound system damaged during my move, and I have reached out to Two Men And A Truck multiple times without a resolution. I spoke to someone once, and they said they would get back to me, and they are no longer responding. I paid extra for additional damage insurance, and 3 weeks later I still have no resolution to this problem. Unacceptable.Review fromD. R.

The Actual movers are great, but the customer service is awful. They will not return any of my calls. The workers damage some of my furniture and a door, filed a damage report and haven't heard from the company since.Two Men and A Truck
