      This business is a joke. They refuse to lift a finger to help anyone but are more than willing to take your money. Seems to be a front for some sort of illegal activities in my opinion which explains the lack of decent employees. Shut them down!

      Manager ******* refusing to send Dr. ***************** for my wheelchair to my insurance company. Claims insurance will not cover both ****** and chair despite my insurance company saying they will. Just to fax them the pre-authorization. ******* absolutely says she won't do it.

      I would not recommend this company.I will drive 45 minutes to a different company than drive 20 minutes. I have called every other day trying to order a head gear S sz for 29 days. I have 30 days to try my cpap. The manager of the store refused said that I didnt need a small it wouldnt make a difference. I called customer service on many occasions. They said they get back to me. I havent heard a word. My 30 days is up for trial. Im returning everything and going somewhere else, I also was in the office in the ************ ********* location and heard how rude the person is the manager. Hes very arrogant and treat you like you know nothing and what you say doesnt matter. Ive now realize that several people many in this area do not go to corner medical they go to another facility in another town . Explain everything and wasnt going to give me the brochure and instructions that go with the **** I had to ask for that. I had to ask him about the filters and he did not remember to give them to me when I asked to try a different size of headgear he got very upset and said thats all I got. I had him go up and he came back within seconds not really looking I believe and said nope thats it. Thats what you need. Doesnt matter when you.

      I was trying to get a portable oxygen from them but they attempted to push a big tank on me and they were so rude. They said if I wanted a portable oxygen I would have to complete a special appointment and it would cost me $75 a month. I went with a different company and they were friendly and listened to what I wanted and they got me a portable machine with no special appointment and no extra cost. I will never do business with Corner Home!

      Dropped off my CPAP for repairs in November and they've had it till March! First they billed the wrong insurance (after I had already given them the new insurance info) and tried billing me $500! Than finally after months they billed the right insurance. In the mean time they've been billing my insurance company and me for a rental because of their mistake. They never return phone calls over the months and the every time I call back they've told me they would have some one call me back they never do! Worse company ever! The only time they call is to sell you new supplies so they can make money off your insurance company!

      I am trying to buy a lift chair from Corner Home Medical using insurance. I picked one, and now I havent heard from them for almost 3 weeks. I tried calling their customer service # and nobody picks up. I went back to the store and they lied to me. They said that Corporate hasnt processed it yet. I called my insurance company and they never ad a request to process the sale of a lift chair.

      Hi Jeff, if you could provide me with a little more information I would be more than happy to look into this for you. I will need your full name, date of birth, what branch location and who you were working with. Generally insurance will only pay for the motor in the chair, not the chair itself. Usually they will reimburse about $200.00.

      Don't buy anything from them online. They'll repeatedly call trying to sell you more, then claim they can't remove you from their calling list without you telling them your personal information, because they claim its somehow a HIPAA violation.

      I have contacted our resupply software company to see why this customer was enrolled into our resupply program. All online sales should not be contacted by our company unless their are issues with dispensing the product they ordered via our website.

      Impossible to work with. I attempted to set up an account with them to provide ongoing medical supplies. Provided all of the requested info regarding insurance, RX etc. They said it all had to be verified before I could place an order. That was the last time I was able to talk with an actual person. Phones are answered with a message to hold for a representative that almost never answers. Going on the second week of waiting now. Today I contacted a different supplier who was able to take care of all my needs with one phone call (an actual person answers). At this point I consider myself lucky that Corner Home Medical was non-responsive. I can't imagine how difficult it would be to contact them for re-ordering supplies on a regular basis.

      The Corner Medical has refused to return my calls. Many messages have left and NOT one has been returned. Their service to me has been so terrible.If I could leave a "0" star rating I would.
