      I'm a driver for ******* and ww2 veterans and I had to sit and wait about 20 minutes while this driver blocked a spot to pull up and get my client. I saw he was just sitting on the phone and messing with papers.... efffin idiot finally speeds off way to fast for the vehicle he's in especially since he's in a nursing home parking lot..... very crappy driver wish I got the license plate.

      Very poor attitudes. To get someone to work with you at the store you have to walk all the way to the back of the store and talk to a person with a frown on their face who never gets up from her chair nor greets you.I will find a different supplier.

      extremely poor customer service, we have been buying from them over three years, they never get an order correctly, I have to call each time to correct my order, they send it two to three weeks late, then the items are wrong and I have to wait another two weeks to get my CPAP supplies.I called to complain about missing and wrong items delivered, I was on hold for 25 minutes, then talked with someone and spent another 15 minutes, they assured me someone will be calling me back, but no one did, so I called back, they tell me there is no documentation that I even called, so they have to start all over again.I am looking for another supplier, stay away from this company they don't care about their customers, and don't get fooled by the video of the owner on their website talking about caring for customers. They have no idea what customer service is.I had to choose a STAR, if there were an option for zero stars I would have selected that, one star is too high for this company.

      I want to commend *****************************, who works at the ************ office, for her marvelous service that she has given me over the years. Whenever I had problems, all I had to do was call her and she would walk me through my issue and help me fix it. She is certainly a valued employee of your system.

      Extreme poor service. Tried to order CPAP supplies in November. They had lost my prescription and said they never got one even though they had given me a CPAP machine 7 months earlier and had record of that. Finally 1 month after trying to get supplies, I got a call the week before Christmas saying they had found the prescription and the supplies would be sent immediately. It's been 3 weeks and nothing has arrived.

      Hi ***. I reviewed your account and this is what i found. We did have your Rx on file and we did receive a new rx on 12/21/2022. Being that you have ******** as your insurance we certain rules we have to follow. The Rx that we did have has a full face mask on it. I see you wanted to order a nasal mask. With ******** the Rx has to specifically state the mask type and tubing type that you use, it cannot have multiple masks types on the same Rx. ******** calls this a blanket Rx. On the Rx we received on 12/21/22, it had nasal cushion mask and nasal pillow mask. Again ******** calls this a blanket Rx and we needed to get a clarified Rx on file. We do now have this on file so we should be good.Thanks

      I received a call from the owner of Corner Home Medical the next day with an offer to personally deliver the missing supplies that evening to my residence. I greatly appreciate the prompt response and effort to correct the situation. I'm still a bit confused as to why there was a problem in the first place. I understand about the blanket Rx. However, when I got the initial batch of equipment/supplies a few months earlier and then a first resupply a few months later (when we changed mask styles again) there was no problem as I worked with the store rep over which masks, etc worked best for me.Was that perhaps because I went into the store in person? I do know that referring to the transaction in question which was done through the online/mail order system, the rep I worked with said they had no record of my current Rx and only had info from 2016.

      This company had no customer care. They are in business purely for profit. They do not communicate. They wait. Then surprise people by falsely billing them. They are a perfect example of a company with NO customer service For customers.

      My supply store was bought out by corner home medical. It's been a disaster, what would normally take me a 2 min phone call and 2 days for supplies. Has turned into 8 phone calls to receptionist telling me they can't process anything and have to have someone call you back, this took 8 Times!! 3 weeks to receive supplies, also the price is now more expensive. Do your best to find something locally and avoid CHM if you can.

      Yes CHM did just aquire Rice Home Medical and Lake Region Medical supply. As you can imaging this is quite an undertaking. With acquisitions like this we have to move and transfer data from one software to another, we also have to transition phone systems and repoint phone #'s. There is nothing easy about any of this to say the least. We are hoping by end of day today all programming is complete and it will be back to business as usual. For Monday and Tuesday we did not have an option to drop ship products to any customers due to the software transition. As of today all drop ship orders are being processed as usual. Sorry for the 3 day inconvenience, again hopefully by end of day today all phone systems will be up and running identically to what they were previously.Thanks

      Do NOT work with this company, it will be the most frustrating experience. There is little to no communication and it is nearly impossible to get ahold of someone. Unless of course its the 2-3 phone calls a day you will get trying to upsell you. But if you need any sort of help or assistance, forget about it. I had an order in for a new CPAP mask, then got a confirmation for an order with a different style mask. For nose breathing. I cant breathe out of my nose so that mask is USELESS. As soon as I got the confirmation for that wrong order I called and left a message to let them know it was wrong and to please send a confirmation of the correct order. A few weeks later, I still havent heard from anyone until today I got an email that the order was shipped. The wrong order of course. I am beyond frustrated, the people Ive talked to that work here have no clue what is going on. Seek other options, this is an absolute last resort company.
