    Worst taxi company. Dispatch will ignore you, hang up on you, lie to you, anything to get you off of the phone quicker. Supervisors are just as rude and will direct everything to your insurance, saying they are to blame for every issue. Im out $150 for rides that my insurance paid for, but they claimed to have no return ride for me on a Saturday when insurance is closed so i cant call to book a new ride.

    This is the worst company, they have been late or not shown up for every time ucare rides set me up with them. I missed another appointment today, this is the fifth doctor appt that I missed and its my GI doctor. I wouldnt give the company one star, it doesnt deserve that either.

    If there was a way to give zero Stars I would do it. I have been trying for well over a month to get a simple statement of all of my taxi rides to and from my medical appointments for 3 dates in 2023, and one in 2024. I've sent in three "contact us" requests through their web page. The first response to that request came back in an email saying they couldn't find me in their system with my phone #. I gave them my customer id number, phone #, home address, dates and addresses of where I went, etc. with no one contacting me when I asked them to double check using the other identifiers in my account. After getting no response I sent another request (3rd). Still no response. Not even a confirmation that they received my second and third **************, I called, and the person I talked to said he couldn't find me in the system, but to give them 3 to 5 days . He didn't even ask for all the other information that I had sent via webpage and email previously, so I don't even know if he was looking at any of that. This is unacceptable customer service. How did they do their accounting if they can't even find their customers in their systems ? I need this statement showing all my rides for my lease recertification. He would not give me any other number, so I could call someone that was not at the call center, nor would he give me any management names to ask for next time I called. He said he could not find me, which makes no sense, since they had my credit card number to take my payments the very same day of my rides. How can they not have me in their customer records? Credit card statements aren't acceptable for me to submit. I need the actual receiptd from the medical transportation vendor I used. I will never use them again especially when I hear the same bad customer service complaints from friends and neighbors who use their service as well.

    Today their driver failed to yield and was going 50 on a ************************ ***********. ****** license plate ******. This is not a safe driver , he was in his phone while speeding/driving north in ********

    I am extremely disappointed in the performance of this medical transport company. They are the worst I have ever dealt with and I can't understand how they are still in business. My insurance booked rides for my child to go from school to therapy treatments, but the drivers consistently showed up without car seats. Despite repeated requests for them to bring car seats in the future, they continued to ignore my concerns.When I called their customer service line for assistance, I was met with unhelpful and indifferent representatives who simply told me to contact my insurance on a weekend when I explained that the insurance company was closed. The drivers were frequently late or didn't show up at all, and even when they did arrive, they still didn't have a car seat despite my previous calls.They canceled multiple times without any notice, leaving my young child waiting for over an hour without being picked up and not even bothering to inform me of the cancellation so I could arrange alternative transportation. It is clear that this company lacks professionalism and a basic level of care for their clients.

    I booked (booking #********) a wheelchair van ride to a dental appointment for today May 13 for a 9:20am pick up with Transportation Plus. This ride was booked on May 9. Received confirmation email day of booking (5/9). Received a call from Transportation Plus the morning of (5/13) to confirm ride. Van does not show up. We call in at 9:38am and they say there is no ride scheduled. Yet I have confirmation email confirming booking. Than the ride was cancelled by Transportation Plus per received email at 10:01am. This is NOT customer service at all, to lie about this booking even after email confirmation and verbally confirming booking and than not have the decency to call to tell us they can not fulfill the ride. This is horrible business.

    Some of these drivers make me fear for my safety... Can't respond to their verbal abuse until you get home because being handicapped isn't going to save you from them putting you out... Anywhere... Even when trying to get home from Regions hospital...

    Left an 84 year old woman at a Dr ************ telling her for 2 hours that they were looking for a car to get her back to the nursing home. Elder abuse and inhumane. this company is horrible

    The company is a joke !! Scheduled a ride to be picked up at 2:30 pm....customer service told me drivers are very busy . when I finally got pick up at 4:00 pm. Driver tell me they only had 2 customers during that time. As soon as my ride came up on tablet they took it. If I could give the company a MINUS ***** STARS I WOULD !!! So very angry with this company....Drivers need to quit and get a job else where !!!! I cant leave it with no stars... They dont even deserve a star !!!!
