    DO NOT RIDE with Tplus. Not only is it impossible to file a complaint. The customer service representatives dont listen and they dont care. They just transfer your call to a line that refers you to a website and after the automated message gives you a website. They disconnect the call. On July 10th, 2023 a driver named ***** from Tplus picked me up. He could not find where I lived, he drove fast and he was not a safe driver and I had to tell him how to get to where I was going, He was supposed to pick me up at noon and bring me home. Instead he called me a few times on my cellphone and left me a couple voicemails and he also sent me some text messages. I was in treatment and I could not answer my phone. Due to this he cancelled my ride. And he told me that someone else would be picking me up soon. So I left my class early and I didnt get picked up to go home until 12:30. So I left class early band got picked up late. The company and the driver told me it was because my insurance company changed my pickup time and when I called my insurance company they said they never changed the pickup time. I refuse to ever ride with that company again. Do not go through them. They dont even deserve one star.

    This company has an acceptance policy of using credit cards in the various vehicles used. However, some of its north and east African immigrant drivers refuse to follow the company's advertised policy. Two times drivers told me their credit card machines didn't work upon arrival at my destination after I had told them I would be using a credit card as I began my journey. They demanded cash payments before they would unlock the door to let me exit. Another told me he had driven for this company for 4years, then upon arrival at my destination, demanded cash as he said he had never used the credit card machine before and didn't know how to use it. Another said he would drive me to an ATM so I could get cash. One time, when her credit card machine didn't work, a friendly African American woman used her own cell phone to call the office and relay the necessary credit card details for payment. This latter happened another time with a different driver. Caveat emptor!!!!!!!!! and have cash ready.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - customer service is completely horrible. They left our post surgical patient waiting for a return ride for over 3.5 hours. After MANY phone calls, promises of rides that never showed up, rude customer service techs, being hung up on when we would ask to speak with a supervisor, being on hold for extended periods of time ... the poor lady finally got a ride back to the nursing facility. Complaint filed thru insurance company against this company. Do NOT waste your ************* There are much better transportation companies out there that actually care about their customers.

    Transportation Plus is horrible! Vehicles are in poor shape, some are bungee corded together! They dont always show up, and leave me scrambling to find alternate transportation at the last minute for appointments! I had to use Lyft the other day, because I hadnt been picked up. I had to pay $100 out of my own pocket round trip. I should send transportation plus the receipt, and make them reimburse me, since I cant get insurance to pay me back.Dont use them! If you dont want to get to where you are going! Drivers dont understand English very well either.
