    I was on a short timeline and had to make the process move quickly. From the beginning Brad as very helpful, professional, flexible, fair, and empathic with my situation. The weather kept making it very difficult to get things out of the house in a timely manner. Both Home Guys and the title company made the process easy and doable. I enjoyed working with them and would recommend Home Guys in any situation.

    I thoroughly enjoyed working with Minnesota Home Guys as they made the process smooth & easy with buying my older home that needed work, plus **** also served as my ********** real estate agent helping ** find the townhome that we wanted! Very seamless & smooth process, plus I felt they were very fair with the price they paid for my home. Plus being able to leave behind what we didn't need--made it very easy for us! I would highly recommend this company!

    I’m a pretty good judge of people and Brad made me feel comfortable from the start. He listened and there was no pressure. Made me feel at ease. He explained everything and was very diligent in following up. It was hard to walk away from a home that I lived in for 35 years but I couldn’t keep it up anymore. I feel very confident that they will make it a wonderful home for the future owners. My hat goes off to them and I would certainly recommend them to others. They genuinely care. Not much of that going on in the world we live in today. 5 stars!!!!!

    Can't sing the praises enough for Kay ****** and Minnesota Home Guys for helping sell the home for two young men who recently lost their parents. We wanted the sale to be quick and it was, less than 3 weeks from start to finish. It was a pleasure to work with Kay and the staff at MHG. They made what could have been a stressful and difficult process a breeze. Kay is a doer! She was positive from the start that there would be a buyer from the get-go. Kay is such a caring realtor and was very attentive to our needs. We never had to wait for an answer to a question or concern she responded immediately. Even when the process was complete on her end, she still answered questions for us and followed the transaction until it was complete. I highly recommend Kay and Minnesota Home Guys if you are ever in need of selling a home.
