      I have ordered several costumes from Halloween Costumes.com, both for Halloween and Mardi Gras. The last one I ordered (an evil nun costume and mask) fit very comfortably (prefer slightly roomy over too tight!) Well made and stood up to my hosting a busy Halloween party all night. The mask fit well, needed to trim the eye holes slightly but that worked out fine. In the past, I have had to return a costume or two, typically because they ran slightly small. But each time the return was handled promptly and I received the credit owed to choose another size. Will definitely go back for future events - in fact, just about to order something for Mardi Gras, now!

      I have purchased 2 orders from Fun.com. Both came exactly as described in a quick time frame. Their products are priced considerably lower than other sites (I say I have a 'Doctorate' in buying online~~~) Customer service excels, no issues whatever. Fun.com is now one of my favorite on-line sites to shop on. Give them A+ for pricing, shipping, customer service.

      claimed I did not return costume that I did. Essentially charging twice for the same product.
      If you have to return anything back- be sure and get tracking proof- so when they contact you three months after the fact, you can prove that it shippped

      I ordered a costume from here for a Mad Hatter ball themed New Year’s Eve party. I decided to go with another outfit for the party and returned what I ordered as soon as I received it. They confirmed they received it back December 28th and it is now January 20th and they have still not received my money. I would NEVER order from this company again, they lack good business practices and hold onto your money. Fraudulent.

      I am always happy with purchases from Fun.com!
      They have such a unique selection of holiday and every day “fun”!
      Their sale items are fair prices and QUALITY products! Service is always pleasant should I need help, and emails are never an issue. No spam here!
      I check this site out at least once a week!

      Been a FUN costumer for many years now... it's my place to go when I wanna get some Funko pops for my collection!
      And I have nothing to complain about them, even though I'm from Brazil. The products have always arrived pretty fast (considering it's an international shipping) and, most importantly, in perfect conditions and with amazing prices!
      Been a fan for years and gonna continue being for many more!

      Santa Worked Overtime! I placed an order on Dec 21st. It was to arrive January 2nd. You wouldn't believe how surprised I was to see the package on my doorstep on Dec 24th! The way-exceeded my expectations! Can't wait to continue to shop on this new-to-me website since it offers great customer service!
