      This the best custom place and you want regret it. The quality is outstanding, the wait time is prefect. **************** is amazing.

      They do everything in their power to make situations right when something goes wrong. With the volume that they have during the Halloween season, mistakes are inevitable but they do all they can to resolve the problem. Some things like shipping delays are outside of their control but they still try to offer solutions to fix it.

      I placed a $1900 order that I was notified was Delivered at 11pm, when it wasn't. I called customer service and they helped me to track it down. The delivery service left it with a neighboring business but then changed the address shipped to on my account. All very confusing and stressful but Halloween Costumes Rep. helped me find them.The costumes were great. The accessories are kind of a flimsy vinyl but they should work from the Tage or we may do without.

      This place is great. The costumes are good quality and come in a huge range of sizes and styles. I have never had any issues with shipping. Everything I have ordered has arrived on time and in good condition. I have recommended them to several friends.
