      Respond to owner down below! PLEASE dont waste your time and hard earn money in this place and people who are just there to making as much money for themselves even if it means lying to the customer in doing so. The sales floor, ****, and manager, *****, are absolutely horrible people. Taking advantage of customers. Went with my mom to purchase a sofa since we are in need of them. When there, **** helped my mom with a sofa she was sitting on. We told him we are in need of two and he went to check it another is available. Came back telling us another one is, so we can get the floor model and order the other one for delivery. When already processing a financial plan and everything, **** told us it wont let him order the **********. Were like oh, okay? But he than told that the other one would be available to ship in a week or two, as the floor model one can be delivered right away, upcoming Wednesday, with a chair we purchased. Called 1.5 weeks later to find out that the other sofa wont be delivered till mid November! 3 months later than what was mentioned when purchasing our items. I told them to cancel, since thats not what was told by the sales floor, and about returning the other sofa that was delivered. They said that cant because it was the floor model and they dont accept return for such. BUT if we were told the ***** by the sales floor guy, we WOULDNT HAVE PURCHASED IT!! But nope, they did not care. Spoke than with the manager, ***** if Im correct, she said the exact same thing. That its what i signed in agreement. Which is FALSE, I signed because I was told it the other sofa will come in a week or two, NOT IN THREE MONTHS. They she brought up the stain, that I said it was in mint condition or whatever. WHICH IS, ACCORDING TO HOW THEY DELIVERED IT TO **, WITH THE STAIN ON THE BACK! And the manager lied, saying it was inspected before delivery. We clearly it WANT inspected when it arrive to the house! Like it couldnt have dared got stained during the

      I purchased a bedroom set back in Nov 4 2021. Was told it would be 6-8 weeks to receive it. I have the night stand and dresser. Waiting on the bed set. I had specifically asked if the items were on land and not on a ship somewhere because of the pandemic situation. They ABSOLUTELY assured me it was. I had just experienced a delay on an outdoor table set so I was very much aware of the difficulty of receiving items so ( not ordered from Slumberland). I have called after three months of waiting with no communications from Slumberland. Now approaching nearly one year and no delivery date in sight. I have not received ONE call from Slumberland regarding my order. Their customer service is by far the worse I have ever encountered. I had to make every inquiry about my purchase. I will not be purchasing anything from them in the future EVER! My rating is a one but that is a minus 10 but the 1 is the lowest you can go.

      ***** and the ********** location are lacking in ethics. We ordered a king ******* set in *** of 2021 and provided the requested down payment. ***** assured us they would hold the furniture in their warehouse for **, as during a time of extreme delays and ** needing to haul the furniture to ******* during one of our planned trips. We received notice the furniture finally arrived spring of 2022. Instead of holding the furniture for our November trip back to *******, they sold it to the next customers on their waiting list! ***** failed to tell ** until we called to make arrangements to pick up the furniture, only to learn we had to wait yet again for it to arrive (they sold ours and placed another substitute order overseas). BEWARE!

      As a result of the unethical treatment we received, we immediately purchased in stock, better quality furniture from a more reputable company.

      Slumberland furniture is junk. We have always bought our **** Boys from them in our 43 years of marriage. Thats about seven or eight recliners. Their ********************* has gone down terribly. Their furniture is very poor quality. Our last recliner we bought December 2020and didnt get it until July 2021. The back was broke & they fixed it. This August one year& one month out from when we received it the whole side was coming apart. They charged ** $65.00 for someone to come out (they were late- who pays our time to sit all day for them) & look at it. They said it would be $250.00 to fix. We paid $800.00 for this chair to begin with. We will never buy from there again. Junk Junk Junk! My husband fixed the chair.

      Waiting for a chest and nightstand since October 2021. I have to call them to get updates. Absolutely no customer service or communication. They just continue to push back the delivery time frame each time I contact them. It’s been almost a year with half a bedroom set, and I fear I will never see the other half. I have never dealt with a business that cared so little about the customer.

      Very disappointed in customer service. Nothing but a run around. Trying to get new remote for adjustable bed. And I get nowhere! Very disappointed that I went through this company
