    We just got a new apartment, My mother was here for an hour, when I went to go put our parking pass on her car at 10:07. The *** told us that unless we gave him $100, he was going to steal her car because she was here for an hour. We had to give him $100, for him to not steal her car. It is no wonder why this business has a two-star review. They steal cars. Stealing a vehicle from a current service. Member's mother is completely despicable.

    My car was towed without warning from a parking lot where I was legally parked. Meanwhile, other cars without permits, which had been there for days, were left untouched.When I called Absolute Towing to understand why my car was towed, I was met with rude and unhelpful customer service. They couldnt give me a clear explanation and just told me I had to pay a hefty fee to get my car back. The lack of transparency and poor communication only made the situation worse.On top of that, I felt like I was being taken advantage of. The whole experience was frustrating and unfair, and I wouldn't recommend Absolute Towing to anyone. Their practices is inconsistent, and their treatment of customers is downright unprofessional.

    Predatory towing at its finest. Arrived to retrieve my vehicle and they take cash only and conveniently have an atm they own in the building. My fee was $328 for less than 24 hours of storage and could only take out bills in denominations of 20 and 50 so i withdrew $350. Was then informed they do not and never do, have change so you end up paying much more than the actual fee. There are also signs saying they can decide to add $50 for every “incident” with an employee. The employees are so incredibly rude it seems like they are provoking customers so they feel they can add $50 without consequence since they posted a sign. Id like to see where in their business protocol their guidelines to “incidents” is. I believe it does not exist and they feel they can do whatever they want at the expense of the individual knowing that they are in complete control of the situation since they have the individuals property.

    I agree with the other people these guys are are the worst. The driver as soon as he arrived he went into his con. He had 4 kids so his wife had to stay home with them. He hadnt eaten and wasnt going to until 8 pm b/c he had no money. The last and best was, My little boy needs medicine but we cant afford it. Steer clear of these guys they are NOT reputable or trustworthy.
