      I prepaid to have the cracks sealed in my driveway in April. I have not received the work and 4x I have emailed with no response. I would simply like a refund at this point

      I purchased Hot rubber crack and joint repair on Jet-Blacks pre-pay program. I paid $206.91 on April 6th, 2022 (check #****). Repairs were never completed. I called the company on 9-12-22 and spoke with ********. At that time he said they would schedule for the next week. The next week they were rained out for the repair. I called on 10-24-22 and was told by a representative that they may not be able to complete the job this season. He also stated he was sorry for the delay and would refund my money if they could not do the job, I called on 11-28-22 and asked for my money back via message on the business answering machine. On 12-9-22 left another message with no response back from the company. I am asking your help to get my money back, be removed from their mailing list and want to place a review on the BBB business rating. I was having trouble scanning documents but have copies of the offer and duplicate check of payment. Thank you for your help!

      I apologize for the delay in responding here.  We were not getting the BBB emails.

      This is not our customer so this complaint should not be linked to our account.

      You need to contact Jet-Black of St Cloud at ************** or *****************.  ***************************** is the owner.

      We are the corporate company for Jet-Black franchises but each franchise is an independently owned and operated business.

      I will reach out to ******** and try to help, but he/they make their own business decisions on matters like this.  

      Please have this complaint removed from our account.
