After staying off my driveway for ***************************************************************** the asphalt an inch over night. The driveway has many low spots and lots of roller marks as well. Also it has shoe prints around my front steps. I called them many times wanting them to come fix things, it took a few phone calls but he said it's new and warm out and it would take awhile for things to settle and assured me it was normal and things would be fine and to just give it time! We'll that was a lie because nothing changed! So again I called a few times with no answer, until I blocked my number and they then answered! They told me this time (with attitude) that they were extremely busy but at the end of their season they would come out and fix it. But again that was a lie because no one showed up. So I call again. No answer. Ok so now it's spring 2024 and now where I've been parking the asphalt is really sinking and cracking and it's not even hot out yet! So again I called and was told to text him my address to get someone out to fix it, so I did. No response to my text after me asking a few times if he got my address, no response, so I called him. He was very rude and said he was busy when I asked if he got my text! He said very rudely that he is busy again and said yes he got my address, and that he'll take care of it, but again here I sit waiting for someone to show up but no one has!!

    On July 2023, we were paving in ********* for ********************** and ****** walked over and asked us if he could get a quote on an overlay. We gave him a quote and did what he asked to do for $5000 and ask us to widen the driveway up by the front steps, which we did, but there was no base there and that spot has settled and then the driveway has roller lines in the driveway which needs to be fixed. I went over there last Friday, May 24 and spoke with ****** and gave him two options because hes had contractors come out there and now hes having buyers remorse  And saying he has a lot of things going on he could really use the money so I offered $2000 refund or fix The bad areas and give him a free seal coat. I said Im heading up north today. We will be in touch on Tuesday on Monday. He text me asking for $2500. I did not reply because Im up north with my family on Memorial Day and he starts sending ??????? ***** in a text so I called him Tuesday morning and told him no Im not giving you $2500. I gave you two options trying to be more than fair and then he starts bashing me and tell me well. I knew you wasnt a good person I knew what kind of company you was and Ive had contractors. Tell me my driveway is junk and then today May 30 he said I need to know when youre coming here and giving me my money because I knew you were going to s**** me. How is that to talk to someone? Thats not very nice by the guidelines of a contractor in the state of *********, the only thing I really have to do is what  the areas within so I will let the BBB decide what they think but I keep an A+ rating for a reason if you have any questions, let me know.
