    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The owner, Frank and his son Buddy are NOT
    licensed contractors in MN.


    This company engaged in a “bait and switch” They provided a quote and
    charged me for a 4-6 inch base and 3.5 in of asphalt but instead delivered a
    "grade and pave.” They overcharged me .75-$1/ more per square foot for the
    “grade and pave” service. I wanted a 4-6 inch base and paid for but only
    recieved the asphalt.


    If after reading this you still want to use this company get a
    very detailed quote IN WRITING- that outlines everything. 1) number of square
    feet of asphalt to be laid 2) the depth of base 3) diagram of work to be done.
    Do yourself a favor and use a different company whose employees are actually
    licensed. The quotes from Midwest Construction will ALWAYS beat the competitors
    because they know they are installing a cheaper less resilient product and
    charging you more!
