      BUYER BEWARE!! NO FOLLOW-UP AND UNPROFESSIONAL. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION. I was first contacted by Auto Approve in May 2022. I gave my financials to them to do a proposal. I never heard back from them after that conversation. I tried multiple times to get in touch with the agent (text, voice mails). No answer or follow up. I finally got in touch with another agent. They said they would follow up in two days. No follow up from them was made. I received a generic letter in the mail from them in July from a different agent. I called them to report my issues. they said they would escalate it to the supervisor. NO FOLLOW UP FROM THE SUPERVISOR. I am tired of companies not returning phone calls and left having to follow up with them. They have my personal information and nothing in return.

      We appreciate the chance to respond to your concerns. Based on the limited information provided, we were unable to locate an account dating back to May. We were able to locate an account that was initiated in July that we believe is tied to this review. There appears to have been a request for a returned call that did not take happen and for that, we are truly sorry. We believe the Loan Consultant had placed the account in "Opt Out' status to honor the request that we not contact you again regarding the refinance and this may have resulted in an abundance of caution in terms of contacting you again by phone. Again, we are sorry that you were not able to speak with someone directly.       I didnt request an opt-out. Even if I did by mistake, why did I receive an email market solicitation on 7/22 and and a piece of mail from a different agent? That was a new solicitation as if Both werent related to my current file. I The bottom line is that I spent time following up on my file and never had one phone call back. I was ready to go and be a customer, but no one followed up. Poor follow up

      Our records indicate your account was placed into Requested Opt Out status on 7/22. Its likely the email was sent before the account was placed into that status. Additionally, anything you received by mail on 7/22 would have been mailed several days before it was received which would have been before the account was placed in Opt Out status. We are unable to stop mail that has already been sent out. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not live up to the high expectations we have for ourselves.       The process of refinancing a lot easier than I thought it would be. William Romero was extremely helpful and attentive, answering any text messages, phone calls, or questions that I had in a quick, timely manner. Would recommend him to anyone looking to refinance.

      Did not even get to start the process because when I called the worker was rude and had so much attitude. I just hung up. I don’t get how someone expects to get business with the attitude their workers are giving. Then decided to read these comments and wow glad I did not get caught up in their scam! Seems they are unable to process stuff quickly. Glad I dodged this bullet!

He appeared to be trying to accommodate the fact that you told him you were not somewhere that you could talk or provide the information that would be needed to help you with your inquiry regarding a possible refinance. That call was terminated before the Loan Consultant could provide you with his contact information.       William Romero Made the refinance process extremely easy, he was kind and courteous each time I spoke with him. He walked me through each step and was patient whenever I had a question.
