      I want to say thank you to Cory and Syed for their patience, support, friendly service and communication and thorough knowledge of this whole refinancing process. It was all new to me. They made it very easy to understand. Easy to send, sign and receive documents. It was a very simple and enjoyable experience.       I received a letter from auto approve claiming I could save around $218 per month if I switched from my current auto loan to theirs. The offer seemed appealing, so I called them to learn more. After expressing interest, they performed a hard credit inquiry — without clearly explaining the impact — which negatively affected my credit score.
      After going through the process, I was told that over a 60-month loan term, I would only save $1000 total, not the ~$13,000 their letter had implied. A huge difference.
      The representative assigned to me, Taylor Smith, was pushy, unprofessional, and rude in their communication. They were dismissive of my concerns and acted as if I had no right to question the bait-and-switch tactic.
      In the end, I wasted time, damaged my credit, and felt completely misled.
      I strongly do not recommend Auto Approval. If you value transparency, professionalism, and your credit score, stay away.

      I have called multiple times to ask to be removed from their mailing list. Yet I continue to receive "notices". I've asked to speak with management and told they're "too busy" for me. Now one should have to deal with a company constantly forcing their "services" upon them.
