  A New Standard in Homebuilding
  This marks our second new home with a national builder, but our first with Lennar—and it has absolutely raised the bar. The attention to detail, customer-first approach, and overall quality of service set a new benchmark for what a homebuilding experience should be.
  Though we hope this is our forever home, if life takes us on another move, we’ll turn to Lennar without hesitation. We are also incredibly appreciative of the subcontractors and everyone behind the scenes who helped make our dream home a reality.

  Shannon T****** and Trevin W***** have been AMAZING to work with! You can tell they both love their jobs and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home and made the financing process extremely easy! They also answered our thousand questions, never getting frustrated or tired! Thanks for hanging in there with us!

  I have recently worked with Lisa on a sale for my clients. Lisa was on top of everything. She answered my questions and if she didn’t know the answer, she was prompt on figuring it out. Lisa was very helpful with walking my clients through all options that’s Lennar had to offer. Lisa will definitely continue to be the rep I call/work with in the future when working with Lennar.

  We recently worked with Alan who really made the home search process easy, fun and helped with the tiniest details and questions we had. He is knowledgeable, communicative and very friendly to work with. I know we’ve reached out to him with weird questions and he’s always been accommodative. I highly recommend working with Alan to a new home buyer who needs all the advice they can get!

  We purchased a home in the Haven Ridge development located in Monticello MN. The development has an excellent layout and the home was built to very high standards. I was very impressed with the Sales Consultant. Melanie G. is by far the best Sales Consultant I have ever worked with. She was more than willing to show us multiple properties per meeting. She was very knowledgeable with the different options each property had to offer. Melanie has extensive experience in the real estate field and this was very valuable to us in the current market. She was very professional and had exceptional communication skills. I would highly recommend a Lennar home and Melanie G. as a Sales Consultant!
