    We “love” our new Lennar house, but we fell “in love” with Shannon *******! How do we describe the glee we experienced with every interaction with Shannon? She made us feel like we were best friends from the moment we met. We were uninformed, uncertain and a little afraid. This was a big purchase if us! Shannon was such a good listener, and bent over backwards to spend time with us. One late evening, my wife and I were so tired. It was late, and Shannon was staying late for us. She filled our souls and our tummies as she invited us back to the model’s kitchen and whipped up Greek chicken wraps! She hitched us up with realtors, financiers, and contractors to make our move seamless. She was definitely the greatest part of our home-buying experience.

    Shannon is the best seller with the most enthusiasm, the best service quality, and efficiency that my husband Chou and I have met during the home buying process ever! At first, Chou and I planned to consult and get to know the information about buying a new house, like how long it going to take and how much money we need to be qualified for a mortgage (We are not ready yet). We have considered a lot of builders (including D.R. Horton and M/I Home, etc., because some family members have had home buying experience with M/I Home and suggested that we go to M/I Home to cooperate). When we went to see the Model Home, we were neglected by many sellers. Our initial price consideration was around $400,000. Maybe the sellers thought we had no value for cooperation, so they gave us some flyers and let us leave. We were disappointed that we did not even get a chance to get into their Model Homes and look around. We have even given up the idea of buying a new construction house and are planning to buy an old house as before which we do not want to.
    When I was searching online for new builds, we noticed that Lennar has the one we really like which is the Springfield design! So, I inquired about it on the website, and Shannon emailed me back the next day and made an appointment to see the Model Home. Shannon warmly welcomed us, invited us to visit the Model Home, entertained us with hot coffee and snacks, learned about our needs in detail, and recommended the house we live in now! We absolutely love our new house, it has an oversized tub, my favorite morning room, a great kitchen, and a basement can walk out! Meets all our needs! The first time we came to our new home, we wanted to buy this house! We start viewings new houses at the end of April 2022 and we move into our new home at the end of June! The whole process can be said to be very fast! All thanks to Shannon's help! Thanks to Shannon for recommending our Forever Home to us, we never have to worry about moving again!

    Just moved into my new Lennar home a few months ago and Shannon ******** of River Point in Otsego Mn was awesome! She answered my endless questions, helped me move through the process seamlessly and was superb to work with!!

    We purchased a Villa in Rogers in the Laurel Creek Development. This is our 2nd home through Lennar and we couldn't be more happier. The service with Letta has been exceptional she has went above and beyond to ensure we had all of our questions answered. It is very satisfying to know we are in such a great community!

    Robbie ****** from Lennar was very friendly and helpful and made the process easy to follow. Her communication was also clear and in a timely manner. I highly recommend working with her. Overall we are very happy with our new house. Something they could work on is being more careful with materials and when painting. There's nothing major but we've noticed quite a few small knicks and dings in the wood work that were then covered up with a paint that's not quite the same color. There's a number of small dots of wall paint on wood work and cabinets etc.
