      I called them when our automatic pool cover failed and they were out the next day to repair it. I love the quick response and the technician went above and beyond answering all my additional questions I had when they were repairing the cover. Great customer service, highly recommend!

      Outstanding customer service! I have been a Performance/Poolwerx customer for years and I’ve always been satisfied with their exceptional service however, I’ve never taken the time to write a review. Last night I tried to start my pool heater and it kept kicking off. Since it was after working hours I just sent the service department a message hoping for a return call the next day. Instead, I got a return call immediately! Bill was able to walk me through the fix. I didn’t have a clue what I needed to do and he was extremely patient with me throughout the process. I sent the message at 6:09pm and had my heater working by 6:20pm! I greatly appreciated the fact they were willing to immediately address the issue. It certainly exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

      I became a customer through acquisition! What a lucky break for me. The service department takes care of both my pool and hot tub, and all of my (often dumb) questions rapidly and professionally! They have given me great advice when that’s all I needed and awesome on-site service when it was more complex. My two most recent service experiences have made me a customer for life. The controller on my hot tub, which I did not purchase from them, failed this winter. In our discussions they realized just how important my hot tub is to me. It took some effort to find the part and when it came in, we were experiencing a cold spell (Minnesota, -5°F high). The tech is working outside in this cold to replace this part when I think others would wait until it’s a bit warmer. Just this week, a cable broke on my auto cover. We are in prime pool opening season and they are scheduled out weeks. They told me it would probably be a week or two but would try and fit me in. Two days later, the Pool Werx truck pulled into my driveway. “We try and make time for our customers that have broken something”.

      Outstanding customer service. My cover broke a rope and I cant leave the pool uncovered while Im at work. **** understood my angst and had a crew out the next morning to replace the rope and cover my pool. Just cant thank him and PPS enough. Thanks ****!
