      The team that actually did the installation was great to work with, and our new fence is perfect! Although, working with the actual company over the phone/email the two months from when we signed and paid the down payment to when the fence was actually installed, was frustrating. We were required to find our own property markers (either ourselves or find our own surveyor), and pull our own permit (taking complete responsibility for the project even though we weren’t the ones actually building the fence).

      Working with Northland was great. We had several quotes from multiple companies and ultimately decided on Northland based on their availability, product, financing, and professionalism. From the initial estimate to the installation, everybody I worked with at Northland was efficient and thorough. I never thought I'd order a vinyl fence, but it looks fantastic. We had new sidewalks that I was very protective of, and the installation crew was great. It turned out much better than I had anticipated, and now we can work on the yard so that what's inside the fence is as lovely as the fence itself.

      Northland guided us through all the steps from confirmation to applying for the city permit. There was a thorough checklist so we knew exactly what we needed to do as homeowners to ensure swift and safe installation. Teardown of the old chainlink and installation of posts took one day and the crew came back the following week to install the panels. I left the house at 9am and by the time I returned at 5pm, the fence was up and the crew was gone. Everything was as we left it.

      I'd definitely recommend Northland. While not the cheapest, the value was great for the product, and the warranty will last us as long as we're in this house.

      I appreciate how they work in a timely fashion. Both the assessor and post installers were very kind and accommodating even with lots of kids buzzing about them and asking questions. They worked very fast, which is proof that they are well experienced and coordinated. Also, I love my privacy fence. It feels like a missing piece had finally been placed and I can work in my garden without some neighbors and their dogs being reactive when we are out there. This fence is not only beautiful but given me some much needed peace, the right to be left alone and enjoy quiet

      I highly recommend using Northland fence. Great value and they stand behind their work. On the few occasions we've needed some repairs, they were out quickly. Also can't beat their pricing.

      Called to get a quote and Steve came out the same week and measured everything. After that Matthew and his team did a great job of getting the fence installed before the original quoted time and it looks great. The dogs love it!

      From the moment I called to get an appointment scheduled to start the install process the service was amazing. We needed help finding our property lines and they were soooo helpful and worked with my husband the entire time to help him get those found. After the initial meeting to get the design layout the follow up communication was great so I knew exactly what to expect going forward. Now that the fence is complete we are so in love with the finished product.
