    Cole & Tucker were great! They had been out in the pouring rain all day, but came to me in a positive mood and were kind and fun to work with. Explained what I needed for my current work and let me know what I would want for future work so I could plan and prepare appropriately. They calked to get an estimate and sent that to me, all in 15 minutes! Looking forward to having the workshop done with them in the near future!

    Absolutely outstanding service from Reese at One Hour Heating and Cooling! From the moment he arrived, Reese was prompt, professional, and incredibly personable. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything about my Lennox Stand Alone A/C system, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. I truly appreciated how knowledgeable he was—he taught me so much about how my system works and how to keep it running efficiently. Reese’s friendly attitude made the whole experience enjoyable, and I felt confident that my home was in great hands. I highly recommend Reese and One Hour Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for top-notch HVAC service!
