    We can’t recommend this HVAC company enough! Our furnace went out, and after having another company out earlier in the day, we were left frustrated and still without heat. Late in the day, we called this company, and within an hour, their technician, Gordon, was at our house. Just an hour later, our furnace was up and running again—talk about efficient!
    What really stood out was Gordon’s honesty and expertise. The previous company failed to mention that our furnace had a warranty that covered the control board, instead trying to charge us $1,300 for the repair. Gordon immediately flagged the warranty and saved us a ton of money. He even had the part on hand, so we didn’t have to wait days for the repair.
    Their responsiveness, integrity, and professionalism turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience. We’ll definitely be calling them for any future HVAC needs!

    Alex **** of One Hour Heating and Air was persistent, worked on our furnace problem for hours, made several trips to the warehouse, and didn’t leave until our furnace was working and everything was in good order.

    Ben and Jim came out to talk to me about replacing my heat and air conditioner. Low pressure, listened to my expectations and helped me get financing . All in all a very good experience . I find all techs. From this company are resecptfull polite and well informed. Know there systems and tell it straight. As a woman most service tecks try to fool me but you guys are honesty the best.
