      We signed a contract May 30, 2023 for repair to our roof and siding after a hail loss. They have replaced our roof and sky lights but damaged a sky light in the process. They no longer communicate and when our representative left the company they never connected with us. It took multiple phone calls for someone to finally call me back. They have not replaced our siding or the damaged skylight and have been paid for the job.

      There are several items to address.  This is an insurance claim related project and we collect funds as the insurance releases them for work we have completed.  The process required to have the insurance cover all the items rather than partial repairs can be lengthy; a full and proper replacement of the siding has now been approved.  We are currently waiting for the siding materials to arrive so that the siding can be replaced.  Materials have not been nearly the issue that they were two or three years ago, but wait times remain.  

      The representative that had been assigned this project did leave the company and communication very likely had been less than optimal for some time prior to that.  A new representative has been assigned to this project and had personally met with the homeowner approximately two weeks prior to this complaint being filed, to introduce himself and ensure the homeowner was aware of the status of the siding work. 

      I personally visited the homeowner late yesterday afternoon.  I provided ********************** with my contact information and they also have their new representatives contact information.  I am unaware of multiple phone calls to our company.  Our main line has a dedicated receptionist and written digital messages are sent to the appropriate personnel to respond to.  I would be that appropriate person in ******** for any problems that were not being addressed by an assigned project manager and I received no such messages regarding this customer.

      I hope this addresses any issues.
