  I was very pleased with my experience working with Precision Exteriors in Minneapolis. They were knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, walking me through every part of the process of getting my roof replaced and working with my insurance company. The crew was pleasant, respectful of my property, did a wonderful job and cleaned up with impeccable tidiness. It was all completed in a timely fashion. They worked closely with me to provide the appropriate gutter guards as well. When it was all said and done, I noticed some nails poking through and disrupting the paint where the soffit roof was extra thin. I contacted them about this and they sent a guy out to remedy the situation with consideration of the changing weather as winter approached. I especially enjoyed working and visiting with the project coordinator! I highly recommend this company!!

  I was not properly informed by Precision Exterior restoration representative, nor was the job completed on which they were hired to do. The company was very sloppy about its cleanup process. My roof was replaced by them. Their employees left dirt and debris through my garage and gutters, which I have to personally pay to have my gutters cleaned to remove dirt and debris left by this company.And as mentioned the company did not properly inform me for a half completed job they were hired to replace my roof and my awning. Once the roof was completed. I was told by the representative that they had no one to replace the so I asked what it was needed to be done. I was told to search Google to find a company, which I find very poor and unprofessional reputable company would have took the necessary steps to locate another company to do the awning replacement Replacement instead of telling me to look for someone then the month of two later they come looking for money which I had used to replace the Joni not being properly informed now they’re trying to place a lien on my home this company was not very professional, and I would never recommend their service to anyone.

  ******************************* signed off on our post-build inspection checklist and expressed that she was quite pleased. We are only charging ****************** for the items that we completed, and are charging the amount that insurance approved to reimburse their policyholder.  Any items that we did not perform were credited back to ******************.  ****************** spent a large portion of the insurance settlement that was supposed to be for the work we performed and has a rather large balance remaining.  Her attitude seamed to shift when she was informed that she needed to pay the remaining balance.

  I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Precision Exteriors Restoration. From start to finish, they were professionals, ensuring every detail of my roofing project was handled with care and expertise.

  This company does good work, they don’t know how to do it in a reasonable amount of time nor do they cleanup completely after the work is completed (nails, material, tacks, etc. The roofing and siding process started approximately one and a half years ago. The roof was replaced in a timely manner but the siding took 1-1/2 years to complete. With so many promise dates to start the project, I loss count. I will never deal with these characters again. They seem like nice people but when it comes to promises they suck. Make sure you get everything in writing which I didn’t and that’s where they stuck it to me. Good luck to anyone who uses them.

  2. The roofing portion of the project was completed within the agreed-upon timeframe. We always strive to meet or exceed our customers expectations in terms of quality and efficiency.
  

  3. Regarding the siding project, it is important to note that the delays were primarily caused by supplemental work that needed approval from your insurance company. We understand that dealing with insurance can sometimes be a lengthy process, but we want to assure you that we did our best to expedite the completion of your project within the constraints of the insurance approval process.
  

  4. The total cost of the job was covered by your insurance, with the exception of your deductible. It appears that there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the allocation of the insurance funds, which led to the additional bill that is currently outstanding. We encourage our customers to seek clarification on such matters to avoid any misunderstandings in the future.
  

  5. It is also worth mentioning that at the conclusion of the roofing component, we initially recommended ending our scope of work with the roof citing the time commitment of the supplementing process. However, it was at your insistence, ******************, that we proceeded with the siding component of the project.   I expect this kind of response to save face. Emails, text messages and phone conversations say different. No need with me wasting anymore time with this. My friends liked the work but *** discussed your companys practices with them. Chances are you wont be getting business from them or people they discuss it with. The end!??

  About a year and half ago I had my roof, siding and gutters done. When I spoke to the contractor he seem professional and polite, we discussed my home issues. When the contractors came and replaced my roof they damaged my bay window, it's now separating from the roof. I sent pictures and spoke to contractor. He came back gave me a written statement that Precision Exteriors would replace my bay window. Months go by I have not heard a word from the contactor. I sent him a text message. His response was that the materials on back order due to COVID. I truly understood the delay but when the contractor contacts me again August 28, 2021 wanting the remaining balance $1000.00 to close my account I refused to pay because I want my bay window replace like he told me they would do. On August 28th contractor told me that the window is scheduled to arrive mid September and they are waiting on the material to arrive. On October 5 2021 I received a text asking that the contractors team was wondering if we could just call it even and not collect anymore funds with me instead of replacing the window. The supplier is having a lot of trouble with production of the window and it continues to be pushed more and more months Another few months go by and my dog starts barking like crazy, I look out the window and a gentlemen from Precision Exteriors Restoration was outside my bay window measuring it. So my question is, How is my window on back order if the measurements hadn't been taken? I told the contractor that I will wait for my window to come in and now I have not heard from them. Now my window is getting worse, you can feel air coming trough it. I'm not trying to cause problems, I just want my window replaced.
