John, Nate and Taylor did a good job on installing siding on our house. There were a few hot and humid days but they kept at it.
John was the man in charge and kept things moving along. Things I didn't like were corrected or fixed without question.
I have had work done on previous occasions and that's why I went with All Craft.
I recommend Mike ******* as your go to guy in sales. Very knowledgeable and works with you on any concerns. Thanks to all. Ron

All Craft Exteriors has done a lot of work on the buildings on my farm over the last several years. From Mike ****** setting up the projects to Dave delivering the materials and to Josh and his crew of wonderful carpenters, the work is always excellent. They are a great team who work well and quickly to repair my buildings. They just resided an 85-year-old building and cleaned up a big mess of mouse chewed insulation. My house is now tighter and easier to heat. And, it looks great. Thank you to you all.

Great people to do business with Starting with Troy who came out to get a estimate and the project started working with my insurance adjuster and keeping us updated on the timeline of the work and spending time answering our questions once the project started both the roofing crew, the quality crew that came out to inspect it after they were done and the guys that came out to install the new seamless gutters. All the people were great. They were all pleasant and wonderful to talk to and work with. I highly recommend all craft to anyone who would ask me who I would recommend to do a project for meAll Crafter Exteriors

We turned to All Craft Exteriors when an early summer storm whipped through our farm and damaged many of our buildings. From the start, Troy ***** oversaw all the details of the project, constantly keeping us informed on the progress. Troy met with the insurance adjuster and spent an entire day tirelessly going through all the damage on each structure. Three different crews from All Craft Exteriors tackled the repairs - one on our free stall dairy barn, another on the shingles on our house and garage and finally a third on the siding for the house and garage, led by Josh ********* and his siding crew. The professionalism and craftmanship of the entire team at All Craft Exteriors was exceptional, from start to finish. We cannot thank Troy Stock, Josh ********* and the entire crew at All Craft Exteriors for their hard work and dedication to our repair project. Excellent work by everyone from the estimators to the office staff (helping with insurance claim) to the crews that did all the work on my roof/ siding/ gutters. I have had All Craft do other work on my home and have always been very pleased with the quality of both the materials and the installation workmanship. GREAT JOB!!!All Crafter Exteriors

If Greg is your first initial contact, I would definitely rethink that. Not at all helpful or concerned about customer service. He showed me no samples just convinced me that everything would be comparable to my existing windows and gutters. It was not comparable and refused to correct any issue! SHOUT OUT and 6 STARS to AFFORDABLE ROOFING AND SIDING for correcting Allcraft Exteriors mistakes and actually listening to my concerns. Very satisfied with the work completed. Do better Allcrap Exteriors! Refuse to even venture your 2 year warranty! What a joke!All Crafter Exteriors

At All Craft Exteriors, nothing bothers us more than leaving a customer unhappy. We founded our company so that we could deliver the highest quality work with the best materials and provide the greatest value to the homeowners who place their trust in us.In this case, we both agree that our company was not able to achieve this goal. We differ, however, in our explanation of why this happened. We understand that you were frustrated by the process. To be perfectly *****, so were we. We were frustrated by lack of two-way communication, and in some cases, a misrepresentation of the facts. Since the job ended, youve expressed aesthetic concerns about the appearance of your new gutters. However, All Craft Exteriors does not install the type of vinyl gutters which were previously on your home. We feel we clearly explained this to you at the time of our first consultation. The scope of work you signed included the type of gutters we proposed, influenced by your home's structural design. The aluminum gutters we installed are of higher quality and more structurally sound than the previous vinyl ones.You signed the official scope of work before the project began and a certificate of completion afterward. Final inspection reports from the Building and Fire Marshal and the agency that connected us with your job were all positive. Despite these facts, we carefully considered your complaint and made efforts to resolve it. Our companys vice-president reached out to you by phone, offering to set up an appointment with you to discuss possible solutions. We did not receive an answer from you for well over a month, and when your response came, it was simply a restatement of your original demand that we refund money to you, you seemed to leave no room for negotiation, compromise or even discussion. Given that you signed documents before and after the job which clearly detailed the nature of the project, and considering our investment in materials, labor, and overhead, as well as the higher quality of the installed gutters, we cannot agree to a refund. Your decision to replace our work was based on personal aesthetic preferences, not any defect in the product or installation. We believe it is not our responsibility to cover this expense.We regret that this job did not have the happy resolution most of our other jobs do. Our salesman Chad M****** did an excellent job explaining our options for window replacement. My husband and myself are very pleased with the look and the ease of use of the windows we chose.
