On July 5, 2023, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business violated Minn. Stat. 326B.33 (2022). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to cease and desist from performing or offering to perform electrical work in Minnesota until the appropriate license is issued by DLI. The business also agreed to pay $1,250.00 of a $3,500.00 penalty, with the balance stayed on the condition that the business fully complies with the Order and has no future violations of any law, rule or order under DLI authority.
