5 starsI am so impressed with the professionalism, customer-focused, ease of getting appointments, follow-through, and expertise in quality and trustworthiness of Omega Force!
In particular, Collin’s care, speed, courtesy, and creative problem solving exceeded my expectations. My dryer was still under warranty, but the ease of resolving the problem was nothing short of amazing!
In fact, Collin dealt with a potential problem with the original installation of the dryer, done by another company, that I did not see!
I will gladly pass on my experience with Omega Force and Collin to others. And, Omega Force will be my future source of any appliance issues.
Grateful for a job well done, problem resolved, and praise well-deserved!

5 starsEvan was prompt, professional, friendly and very competent. He was able to diagnose and make a complete repair in under an hour. I highly recommend Omega. Staff are professional and spot on with timing, repair and clean-up. Great rates on service contracts too!
