Wow! Better than an excellence experience!! Tad was exactly on time, Personable, Friendly, Very knowledgeable and fixed our refrigerator Effortlessly!!!
I highly recommend Omega Force to anyone!!!! There are a lot of scammers out there, but not Omega Force!!!!!

First time with Omega. From booking to (my bad last minute change on schedule) to rep Evan who did the work, it was excellent. Evan identified the problem
Immediately… and I concurred as I had the same issue with an older fridge at a rental. Booked, confirmed, arrived, fixed, done. This how it should be. I hope I don’t have to have omega back soon.. but something will happen of course, all homeowners know, and they will be the first number I call. Special thanks to Evan. Omega Force to the rescue!
The repair service we experienced from Brandon was nothing less than exceptional! Three appliances were carefully and thoroughly checked and parts promptly ordered and replaced for one needing repair. Brandon answered questions and explained the inspection process as he worked and left no doubt as to his diagnostic and repair skill. We had our washer go out. We were able to get a technician same day! Unbelievable! Brandon was so knowledgeable and gave us all the information we needed BEFORE any repairs were made. How REFRESHING!!
