I really enjoyed my experience working with progressive lending solutions and *****. I am a first time home buyer and ***** made sure I understood every step in the process. She has even been available for any questions Ive had after purchasing my home. I would highly recommend ***** and her team. This was our first home purchase ever, and we did not know what type of uncharted territory that we were walking into except for the fact that it would be incredibly stressful, with a lot of anxiety, and many sleepless nights awaiting us. So, we wanted to collaborate with a broker/ lender that I knew I could trust, respect, and that could manage all obstacles effectively that could get in our way of owning a home. Well, Progressive Lending Solutions was the perfect brokerage firm to work with during this entire process from start to finish. We collaborated with *** and his team, and they were very responsive, supportive, empathetic, and kind. *** walked us through each step of the mortgage process without judgement and answered ALL the numerous questions that we had promptly, with great detail, and in a unique way that made us easily understand in its simplest form. If we had or wanted changes, we discussed and the team made them very quickly, so the closing date would not be delayed. I would highly recommend this team for any mortgage or refinancing. All I know is that if or when it comes to a refinance or a purchase of a new home down the road, I will only take my business to *** and his team. We could not have been any more blessed and thankful to find the right mortgage broker and to know that they are there for all our future financing needs. One of the best and trustworthy brokers to work with. I have ZERO complaints and only positive things to say about this company. My broker was Kayla ***, who is a absolute pleasure to work with. She is one of the most knowledgeable people I know and is extremely responsive and easy to understand. Walked me through the entire process and most importantly kept me in the loop with constant communication. Stayed on top of all developments and hunted down the best deal possible.
