I have worked with Progressive Lending Solutions for several years. The entire staff is very knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. They are always working hard for their customers to get them the best loan available. Highly recommend them.

Progressive Lending was very easy to work with. As a company that works with many lenders and brokers, that is not always the case. Instructions were easy to understand and follow and the loan went through quickly for the borrower. One thing that came up a couple months after the closing, was Assure Home Loans said they needed a copy of the loan docs uploaded to them. There was nothing in the loan file to say they were involved in any way.**************Progressive Lending Solutions, Inc.

Due to a death in the family we were already under a lot of stress. Then came the estate issues. The staff at Progressive Lending helped us through and we are so happy we chose them for our lending needs. Wendy ******* at Progressive Lending Solutions, Inc provided my clients, first-time home buyers, with an excellent loan preparation service.
She went above and beyond to make buying homes for the First-time home buyers an incredibly easy and straightforward process.
