    Giving this company a one-star rating is too much in my opinion. This company false advertises and does not stand behind their own promotions. Although a promotion offered next day shipping based on our order amount, the shipment did not go out for 4 days. The order arrived late-- defrosted and smelling terrible. When we reached out several times to discuss, we were met with no phone number to reach anyone. When we exchanged emails we were told repeatedly that we were in the wrong by not purchasing their shipping insurance. Constantly rude and terrible customer service. Do not place an order with this company.

    Thanks for taking the time to share this feedback, *************I'm so sorry to hear of your disappointment. Just wanted to clarify as there seems to be a bit of confusion on the shipping side. This order was placed 2/5 but was scheduled for delivery on 2/9, so, it was shipped on 2/8, as we ship all orders *** overnight. Our promotion for overnight shipping is correct and your shipment did ship *** overnight, as scheduled, on the 8th but was unfortunately caught in a *** delay. So sorry about that, I know how frustrating they can be. I'm glad to see we were able to set you up with a code for the full cost of this order and we look forward to showing you how well our system works when there's no *** delay (delays are very rare).
