Scam!Purchased a vehicle chip from Rocket Chip USA for my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado in May 2023. Installed in June 2023. Since installing the chip, I've seen NO INCREASE in gas mileage like the web site claims (up to +4-6 more mpg). I have 2+ years of *** history for my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado, including prior to installing the chip and after the chip was installed. What this chip DID DO, was make it look like my gas mileage increased when checking the *** display readout. For anyone that has purchased a chip from Rocket Chip USA, I invite to you manually calculate the gas mileage for your vehicle. You'll quickly find out it does absolutely nothing (except give you a false *** read when checking the *** on your vehicle's display readout.BUYER BEWARE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

100% Scam. Wish I could give 0 start review. Two different "top of the line" modules in two months provided no gains in HP nor MPG. Dig the internet and you'll find chip inside does not have enough memory capacity to hold the most basic mapping configuration but to just to provide a light show. I was skeptical and they did prove me right, however, it was my choice to give it a shot. Guess I'm lucky it did not cause any damage and got a refund. Hope u the same luck if u decide to give it a shot.No matter what you say, if is a bad review, they'll come back with any kind of response blaming you, your car ( brand new in my case ) or stating they never made such claims.Buyer be very, very ware!!

Your product doesn't work, my vehicle has stalled and doesn't start, is a cheap scam that you all are doing to the public. You've taken my money in that refunded it as of yet, until then there's many more reviews that will follow.

??Proceed with Caution??Subaru Legacy 2.5i 2014 Purchased premium chip.CYC CS stated HP increase is baselined for 200HP increase should be linear below that. Expected change of 51 HP from 170 (factory) to 221 for my specific model. Zero notable change, 51 HP would be obvious. Any change I note is so slight it could be placebo effect. Also, the chip reader purchased through CYC causes an ECU comm error approx every 16 miles and the engine drops power when adding throttle eventually coming to a stop (3 times once on the highway). Thank god this was clearable and works fine with the reader removed, otherwise I would be having a different review and litigation planned for CYC. Too, their street address on the website is not legit (easily verified for yourself) , received some convoluted story from CYC about that location handles their mail because of unreliable ************ to their "factory", really? I called the location address, easily found on ****** Map Street View, they had never heard of or seen anything from CYC. Good way to protect a scam sounds like. My personal experience, I got scammed, scammy expensive plastic toy. I gave it more than 30 days of trial, a few thousand miles, several reinstalls. No I did not call CS, really dont need help with plugging something in and following 3 step instructions.
