I looked around for a solid chimney company to repair my dilapidated old one and Joe and his team were the only ones willing to do a quick free estimate. During the process they remained in constant contact and were beyond professional and respectful of my time and questions. They ensured the job was done quickly and did not claim the need to wait until it was warm outside while make me feel beyond valued. Would suggest guardian 10 times out of 10!

Everything from the quote (impressive with documents explaining work options, products, codes etc to a Tee) to scheduling, and execution was on point. The crew came on time, about 6 workers, they conquered and cleaned up when done. GCS provides pictures of completed work, which is icing on the cake but should be considered the new standard. 5/5 stars! A great value, we got every penny worth out of the cost. If I ever had a chimney repair needed again in the future, GCS would be my first call. If I know of anyone who needs chimney work, I would be excited to provide Guardian Chimney Solutions.Guardian Chimney Solutions, LLC

The Guardian Chimney team did a really great job for us. The came promptly when I first called and came to the house for a thorough assessment. Within a few hours of that assessment, I have a detailed proposal in my Inbox for review and approval.
When the started work, they took out all of the old degraded brick and removed all of the waste from my property. The rebuilt my chimney and it looks absolutely fantastic - match the existing brick on my house near perfectly, and the installation is flawless.
I am super happy with the work they did and with all of my interactions with the team.

We were referred to Guardian Chimney by another contractor. We originally had them out to clean our chimney for our wood stove, which we knew was deteriorating as it is over 35 years old. Yes, chimney was in need of repairs and needed to be brought up to code. Joseph provided us with details of all service that they would provide to replace/upgrade our chimney. He was extremely knowledgeable, helped me fix my damper door to be better sealed, and explained everything in great detail. Hunter arrived earlier then expected, was very professional about all my questions, and provided me with excellent advice on how to go forward if I plan to use my chimney. Joseph from Guardian Chimney was awesome! Knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I had a small leak coming in the side of my chimney and he fixed it fast and in the most affordable way possible. I reached out to Guardian very last-minute for a chimney inspection, for help with a home inspection to purchase. They made sure one of their employees arrived at the date and time requested. He was thorough, polite, and knowledgable. I also asked for a one-day turnaround with an estimate for repairs, to use in negotiations, and they were able to do it in less than 24 hours, delivering an estimate that seemed reasonable, appropriate, and reflective of what I'd been told in person. I will happily act on the estimate for most of the quoted repairs when I occupy the dwelling.Guardian Chimney Solutions, LLC
