5 starsHad chimney brick work replacement, capstone replacement , and tuck pointing of entire house . They did a great job. Crew very polite and informative. Did a nice job of cleanup afterwards.

5 starsMy experience is exactly what Bev P and others experienced. Joe was great, always getting back to me via text within the hour, even if it was after hours. They rebuilt my chimney from the roofline up and his team was professional, hardworking, and polite. He made every effort to find bricks to match my 96 year old chimney, and he succeeded! Our chimney was hit by lightning so this was a big job with additional repairs. The team worked very long hours and completed it in two days. Everything cleaned up perfectly. I'm very pleased and happy to leave a very positive review for Guardian Chimney. 10 stars!Review fromBev P

5 starsI LOVE, LOVE, LOVE how my chimney turned out! I'm sending pictures and recommending Guardian to everyone I know. I even recommended Guardian to a contractor the other day who saw my new chimney and was impressed with their work! I had Guardian rebuild my chimney from the roofline up. I was so nervous because of several bad remodeling experiences in the past, but not this time! Guardian is the absolute best! Everything went so smoothly! Talking to ******, the owner, over the phone, from the very start, was a very pleasant experience. I was able to send him pictures of my chimney, via my cell phone, and he got back to me within the hour with an estimate, and then he assured me that if the job went over the estimate, for any reason, he would pay for it out of his own pocket. He's Amazing! ******, came to the door at the start of the job to introduce himself. His team arrived on time, worked very hard all day long, and were very cheerful, polite, and respectful. ******, your guys are solid, hard-working men... a Top Notch Team! I am super happy with how well they matched the color and pattern of the brick to the lower part of my chimney - even the mortar matches perfectly! And there wasn't one piece of debris left in my yard! Those men are priceless! You run your company like no one else I know! I am recommending Guardian to everyone! 5 starsWe had been receiving the run around from our contractor for weeks. Just needed a rain cap installed before our new roof was put on. I texted Joe and even though he was swamped he was able to fit us in within the week. He knew exactly what we needed and he was prompt courteous and professional. 5 starsOur chimney was leaning, the cap was falling apart, and the flue tile had deteriorated to the point that we could no longer use our fireplace. The Guardian crew rebuilt our chimney to the roofline, installed a stainless steel liner, and relined the fireplace so that we can use it again. *** was great to work with - got back to me promptly and answered all of our questions about the process. Guardian rebuilt our chimney from the roof-line up, installed a heat shield and damper, and completed other repairs to make it safe to use our fireplace again. The crew worked really hard, clearly having experience with a system to set up scaffolding on an uneven slope and a method to get buckets of debris down and new bricks and mortar up. And, they seemed to get along and work together really well. It was a long day that takes commitment and energy!
Joe was very patient with our long decision making process, always responding in an amazingly timely manner. He also did a great job finding an assortment of brick colors to blend with the original.
