      Terrible customer service. Charged hidden fees and then blamed me (the customer) for not monitoring my account good enough.

      This bank is heartless and not interested at all in the community that they serve. Was thinking a "minnesota" back would be friendly and accommodating, but this couldn't be further from the truth. If you are looking for commercial services I would borrow from "Guido" on the corner before borrowing from them.

      Have banked with Bremer over 30 years. I always end up getting loans through credit unions because Bremer acts like they just met you. I was issued a Bremer credit card serviced by elan financial services and they are worse. I am unable to redeem my rewards points for cash as they chose to credit my account without letting me choose and refuse to correct it. I wanted to give my daughtier the cash for her birthday. They put 50 dollars in my rewards account after many attempts to resolve the issue, but that doesn’t help me with the gift for my daughter. Unbelievable they couldn’t easily correct this!! I wanted to email Bremer as they issued me the card but can find no email address to contact them. Disappointed!!! I have a credit score near 800 so you think they might treat you a little better.

      They double billed me for a car rental and cleared my account by mis paying the remaining amount in my account I presume to a bill already paid another way. They charged me a fee for not sending me a card. Received my address and still did not send the card. They charged a fee for a bounced cheek to both parties. They refused to appropriately review the car rental grievance. They are costing me unnecessary money per their mistakes while lying. They appear to be making deals that I am not involved in as an unethical practice.

      I have banked with these crooks for years. I went in to close my account and the First Lady gave me the money from the account but didn’t close it. So I check my account days later and it’s negative. I contact PayPal and the charging party they reversed charges. Go back to the bank they tell me it’s 30 days to close. HOWEVER I ask the manager to look into the account and go figure she admitted the First Lady didn’t do her job. So I advised I wasn’t paying it since it was her mistake and they have no problem instantly saying “ that’s fine collections will get the money for us” this was all December 1st 2023 and December 10th. Today they charged a monthly service charge for $3 on a closed account. DONT BANK HERE!

      I've been a customer at bremer Bank for many years. I went into East St cloud Minnesota. Brand new building. Was very disappointed when I walked in. Everything in the open. No privacy. And not very confidential. Everyone around you can see and hear all you're doing. If they count money out to you. Everyone around knows exactly what you have. Pretty sure I will not be visiting that bank anymore.

      I am a customer of the ******************* branch. Dealt with ***** on setting up account and a couple of issues later and 150% satisfied. She is the best

      Very uncooperative dealing with my deceased father's accounts. No return phone calls, personal banker rolled her eyes with every question we had regarding our father's account which he had for over 40 years. I had no problem pulling his money out and moving it to Wings Financial, who is awesome to deal with.

      I do not want what happened to my family at Bremer Bank to happen to others. There are many places like the BBB to file with. Another place you can file a complaint here is the the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency's (OCC) Customer Assistance Group. They regulate national banks and federal savings associations.
