Brent M was my technician. While it turns out I need a new furnace and A/C he explained everything - answered all my questions - in terms I could understand.
He took the time to go thru all the options, made sure I understood everything. And, after visiting my house on a Thursday, he was able to get everything set up for the following Monday. I was so pleased with him and Sedgewick. I have had them as my furnace and A/C people for years and years. I will continue to patronize them.

5 starsWe had Wayne out today to do our annual A/C check up. He did all of his regular checks and found nothing wrong and it was still running efficiently....even though it is 23 years old! We also have Wayne do our annual furnace check in the Fall. We have had Sedgwick do all of our maintenance for the last 40 years and wouldn't trust anyone else.Review fromMary J

5 starsI have always been pleased with the service and responses from Sedgwick I replaced a utility service plan that could not compare with Sedgwick esp on service turn around times. Service is much more important with MN weather than price, and frankly I can’t recall how the two compare as to an annual planReview fromDana A
