      We purchased new appliances from Warners Stellian and had them installed Nov 2. The dish washer did not work and they will not send anyone out to check it out for 2 weeks. This is unacceptable.

      To be complaint with manufacturer's warranty and sales agreements, exchanges are not approved without first attempting a repair. Current demands will cause delays in our ability to get to customers in a timely manner. At the time of the reported incident we gave the most current information we had available. We were able to move this customer's repair call up to 11/18.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The issue has been resolved and the dishwasher is working. Thank you, BBB for your help on this. Much appreciated!

      August 9, 2022 ************************* President ****** Stellian Company *************************************************************************************** Dear ***************:I recently read a statement by you about your intent to make your company known for its excellence for customer service. Ive been customer for many years and always experienced great service.However, my latest experience has not been acceptable. About two years ago i purchased a ******** Prestige Pro grill. in a short time I had problems getting the side and interior infrared burners to ignite. That was fixed. i havent used them until this May. Your service man came out and couldnt find the problem. He ordered a part which came two months later. A second tech came out and said the part was not in the box. It was back orders and came two months later. A third tech came out spent some time with the Napoleon factory and couldnt figure it out. He said they werent sufficiently trained to repair these grills. The 4 spark module wasnt correct and he ordered a two spark unit. Two weeks later it arrived. By this time I had paid three times for service calls I called your repair department who insisted I first pay for the fourth call which I said was unconscionable and I should not have to. Of course I objected but to no avail. I asked for and was >>>>>>>>>>>>>given two other competitive stores that could repair the grill. I found out that they had no such service nor did they know of any. ******** knew of none in ********* either. At this point i am left in limbo by ******. this is any thing but good service.At this point i asked them see that the unit be fixed at my expense. Give me a unit that works or return my original purchase price so I can buy a ***** grill, and refund me all of the three service calls.Respectfully ***************************** (************)***** ******************************************************* Bought-- Paid $3000 Plus repair service calls $348

      Hello,

      We have been in communication with this customer. He disputed the service charges with his credit card company. We have opted to not contest the dispute. We are not an authorized servicer for Napoleon grills since 2020. We do not have a relationship with ******** grills in any way. Warners' Stellian is unable to return or exchange this grill. What service can be done needs to go through Napoleon and their authorized service partners. The customer has been given the contact information for ************************
