**** Extended warranty was worthless We purchased ** package. We also purchased the extended warranty through ****. ************** delivered all four appliances. Two and half years later our refrigerator went out. We called Epic. The call center told us they would call us when they have an appointment. I called after many days and was told they were still looking. After 10 days they were waiting for a responce from a ***air outfit. I asked for the number so that I could call. This was for a ***air shop over 100 miles from us. Of course they are not going to come out here. I started calling daily and would say,"today is day 18, *****..." they said a request WAS put in and the company has 24 to 48 hours to respond. After day 10 I would ask nicely for a company *** to call me. Not one call by ****. I finally called ******** Stellian. They gave me a similar run around. Finally I asked for a *** from ********. Mrs. ****** called and she said she would contact Epic. Finally, Epic emailed me and told me to find my own service person and then I would have to get quotes and they would decide if they will cover this. After over a month, without a refrigerator, I called some ***air shops in the area and I had an appointment with a couple hours. One ***airman was kind enough to call me and ask a few questions and he said it sounds like the compresser went out. He told me to call ** and they would fix it under warrenty. How was I to know about if it was a compresser or what it was? I cannot believe one person did not ask me in those 5 weeks what the problem was. ** came out ***laced the part. I told **** I wanted a full refund for the warrenty because it is useless if they cannot hire anyone to come out and ***air our appliances that are covered. They said that I would have to go to ******'s and get a refund. ************** said they would prorate a refund. I said that I wanted the complete refund since they had no way of ever complying with our warranty.Warners' Stellian

I apologize for your experience with ****. **** is a third party company. We are unable to manage their policies or do much more than advocate on your behalf. We are also unable to process a full refund. We did escalate your issue to the highest levels of Epic. Thanks to your input Epic has changed the way they respond to customer issues coming into their call center. I appreciate your feedback.S. S.

We paid for a service that you and/or Epic were not able to comply. We purchased a ******** to service our appliances if they were to need service. **** did not have any appliance repair companies that service our area. So this warrenty was worthless. Five weeks was plenty of time to contact every repair service within a huge radius and not one was found by your company. Warner's Stellian could have or should have sent one of their repair technicians out to service our appliance. Or in our case, if a technician would have called and told us what he thought was wrong and then we could have called *** Warner's Stellian sent us half of what we paid for a service that they were not able to do anything for us. I believe this is wrong and we were caught up in it. We want to be reimbursed the full amount we paid for a service that there was not a way of fullfilling.Review fromKathy K

Warners' Stellian Appliance is absolutely awful should something you purchased from them need to be serviced. I spent over $6000 on a Washer, Dryer and Oven. I have since had an issue with my Speed Queen ******* Machine (45 days after purchasing) which came with a 7-Year Warranty. When I called Warners' Stellian's **************************** for assistance, I was informed that because I did not purchase their **************** agreement for $450, Warners' Stellian Appliance will not service my ******* Machine. This was subsequently confirmed by *******, their service manager. Their stated reason why they will not service the items I purchased from them is that their service department is 'too busy'. Funny how they are not too busy if you agree to spend additional monies for their service program. What a scam! I will never buy anything again from Warners' Stellian and will recommend to anyone who will listen that they too should buy elsewhere!Warners' Stellian

I apologize you are having an issue with your Speed Queen washing machine. It does include a 7-year warranty through Speed Queen. *********** has authorized service providers that should be able to assist you. They can be reached at ************** or via their website at ******************.Review fromL. B.

Make sure you read the fine print on their iron clad warranty and know yourself what the actual manufacturer warranty is before purchasing. We were sold this warranty under the impression that our manufacturer warranty was 1 year. Turns out its 5 years. We were told we would get 48 hours diagnostics and a loaner appliance. Turns out that only happens if you live 20 miles from the nearest store (we are 23 miles) We asked for a refund on this warranty and we were told no its on you to know what you are buying. The sales guy did a great job selling us on something we needed to research apparently before buying because you cant trust that they will tell you the truth. So, we are out $500 for a warranty where we cant use the perks and our fridge that is 3 years old is still covered under the manufacturer warranty AND its been broken going on 3 weeks. The only thing that is Iron Clad about their warranty is their ability to get out of it. We feel lied to and deceived. True customer service is dead apparently. We wont be buying anymore appliances from them.Warners' Stellian

I apologize if there was a misunderstanding. The **************************************************************************************** the terms and conditions. You are 29 miles from the nearest store. Your warranty from ** only covers the sealed system. Ironclad covers the entire product and entitles you to food loss, prioritized service, and other benefits even if you're outside the 20 mile radius from your store.L. B.

We are actually 23 miles from the nearest store and we waited 3 weeks to have our fridge fixed. Have you had to live out of a cooler for 3 weeks with 2 kids? Do you know how much we had to spend in going out to eat because there was no way we could meal plan out of a cooler? Plus making nearly daily trips to the store. Nothing was prioritized by WS. We had to beg to have you send the initial tech out sooner because our first estimated time was 2 WEEKS just to get it diagnosed. Like I said in my review, we were sold this warranty on the perks of 48 hour diagnostics, a free loaner and the fact that we only had a 1 year warranty per your salesman. Obviously if he had showed us the brochure and asked us where we lived and did his do diligence we probably would have thought twice about purchasing the warranty but we were led to believe we had this piece of mind. My husband called ** directly and they were going to cover the repair but because we had this extended warranty with extras he called you. Good customer service would have been when we realized we were 3 MILES out of your range for these benefits you would have waved it as a courtesy to keep your customer happy but instead you chose to split hairs over 3 miles. I get you have to cut it off somewhere but we were mislead and no one on your end cared to try and make it right. On the positive - your repair man was kind and did a great job and we finally have a working fridge.Review fromRichard A

1 starBe warned - not BBB accredited - that should have been our first clue!!!!2 years ago, we bought a dishwasher, an installation kit with an extension hose and a 5 year extended warranty from Warners' Stellian. July 23, 2024 the dishwasher started erroring with a 'leak' error code. the repair service estimated a micro switch - took a week then once in, 2 more weeks for repair technician. The repair technician said it was not the micro switch so ordered different parts, then 2 more weeks. This was done 3 times/cycles! it's end of October. Finally, warners' stellian said it was not covering the appliance because the manufactuer did not accept it and warners' stellian said they did not install. this is after 2 years of use. we have 3 years left and now no where to turn. we are left stuck with a defective dishwasher and 3 years left on the warranty!stay away.Review fromAbigail P

1 starIf I could give 0 stars I would. Purchased a washer and dryer from them after ours broke. Used this company for the good reviews from friends.I had to wait over a week for the first delivery which was fine.. but then it started ..1st delivery - damaged dryer- Dented 2nd delivery - damaged dryer - Dented 3rd delivery - Another damaged dryer - They plugged it in and it in not running right, it is completely scratching and thumping when it runs. Before the driver left he tried it and it was thumping. They left the 3rd dryer at our house and updated the order to replace it. Apparently they are now not honoring that agreement and want to repair. Why would I get a dryer repaired that I've never used and doesn't work instead of getting a new one?No managers are apparently free to be bothered with this issue and when talking with the sales **** to try and figure out a plan going forward they are extremely rude and have told me "sounds like I need to use my warranty" I am also 9 months pregnant and haven't had a washer and dryer for weeks due to them continuing to push this back. I have asked for a refund and to just come get it because I literally cant wait any longer to get a new washer and dryer before I have a baby.On top of all this - we have to come sit at home from work to wait for them. This has been some of the WORST service I have EVER experienced. I still have no answers other than them "sending a repair man"I would recommend going to another appliance store as this issue is ridiculous and honestly feels defeatingReview fromJodi M

So very disappointed!! Have been working with Warners' Stellian since October 2023, almost a year to have our fridge repaired. We purchased the "Iron Clad" warranty, which we are still within the warranty period. Attempted repairs have been made at least 8 times with no luck! The last technician that came out not only could not repair our part but some how broke another function on our fridge. We are now worse off than we were 11 months ago when this whole repair issue began. We are now in a waiting period for a part, which is on backorder and no anticipated date of arrival, to come in. The same part that was supposed to come in over a month ago. Warners' Stellian will not compensate in any way. We are to just wait and hope the part comes in soon. This is what we have been dealing with for 11 months!! Come on Warners' Stellian Appliance- So disappointed! Your customer service has been awful! 11 months and counting for one repair! We will never purchase from you again! Why purchase the "Iron Clad Warranty" if you do not honor any of the benefits of it? I was told that if they come out to repair 3 times then they will consider replacing the appliance. YOU HAVE BEEN OUT WELL OVER 3 TIMES! This is ridiculous!Warners' Stellian

I apologize for the lengthy repair. Sometimes with a repair a technician is forced into a game of replacing parts only to discover the issue is somewhere else down the line. In your case, we came to the conclusion that the entire door needs to be replaced. Ironclad is a repair warranty. There isn't a threshold of "after so many calls you get an exchange." The promise is, if we can't fix it, we will replace it. In this case, we believe we can fix the issue. Your case has been escalated due to the *** on the door from Whirlpool. It will be determined by the end of today what the next steps will be and communicated to you. I appreciate your patience.Review fromAnne G

I purchased an Electrolux Refrigerator on May 14, 2024. Paid extra to have it installed right away on May 16th. On May 28th I had friends over. My girlfriend said "did you know you have a dent in your refrigerator?" I'm very short but when I stood back I could see it. The next day I called my sales **** **** ********, and left a vm. I called back on May 31st and left a second vm. **** returned my call that day and said nothing could be done because I needed to report the damage within a week of the installation. I could not find this in any of the materials I was given. **** said he would speak to his manager when she returned on June 4th. June 17th called **** and left another vm. June 21st I sent an email to the sales manager documenting things and including a photo of the dented refrigerator. ******* ******** returned my call right away. She indicated would check with their repair personnel to see if anything could be done. I had not heard back so on July 21st I sent ******* an email asking the status. I indicated the dent was not major, but it was an expensive refrigerator non-the-less. My original request was for a new door but realized that would be too costly for Warner Stellian. I asked if I could receive a credit of at least $100. I did not hear back.Warners' Stellian

I apologize for the miscommunication. A credit was offered of $200. I believe **** was trying to get ahold of you but could not connect for some reason.Review fromKelly R

1 starWorst experience ever! Bought a brand new washing machine in May. It didn't even last a month before it broke. Of course they came out and repaired it. Now two months later same thing happened. The washer is for two people use so it barely gets used. Called them stated they would get back to me in 24 hours, never did. Sent emails and text waiting for customer service. They will do nothing. Never will I buy another appliance from THEM.
