Greetings,I need to bring a payment issue to the attention of the ************* BBB. I am an active plasma donor at the **************** location. I recently returned from a 54 day deferral due to red blood cell loss, and expected no change in my pricing tier ($60 per donation). After the donation, I was informed that my ***************************************** payment tier back to the original baseline of $35 dollars. Prior history would suggest that I was entitled to a return to my initial $60 pricing pay out. ***** (managing director) at the Octapharma *************, ** location informed me of this policy change after the fact. A reasonable person would expect a pay out of $60 after my plasma contribution on January 29, 2025.I would ask that Octapharma corporate reimburse the $25 dollar difference as I was not notified of this company policy change. I would also suggest that this policy change be posted so others understand the payment structure. Please let me know if you are able to accommodate given the facts above. I hope that we can resolve my concern/open payable quickly. Please feel free to call me.Regards,***** Maroon **************************************************************** ************

Our donor payments are based on how many times a donor has donated in the past 35 days. This donor, returning from a deferral, had not completed any donations in the past 35 days, which would place them in the payment tier associated with 0 donations in the past 35 days. The payment structure is available at all locations and has been posted at this location since it opened.

I am rejecting this response because:

Octapharam practice always allowed me to retain the current donation level.   Your policy is inconsistent and concerning how you apply it;  causes even more questions/ concerns.

Your statement is false and innacurate about this policy.   I can prove it.   I would like to meet with you to substantiate my points.   Your own internal systems will prove it.

Please let me know a time to meet at the ************* location.

    Regards,

    ***** Maroon
