    They falsely accused my husband of using drugs in their rest room on 9/18/23! So now they are banning him! ?? They claimed that he was the only one to have used the rest room that day... Even though when he walked in he said someone was in a stall! Someone was waiting outside of the rest room as well. They said he was falling asleep while waiting in line so that's what made them think the drug paraphernalia was his!! Wow really?! My husband works his a** of every single day! That day he had to wake up at 2AM for work so of course he was tired! They asked him why he would even donate if he was so tired. Maybe because EVERY donation counts right?! It also helps pay some bills. He's a regular donor who donates twice a week to help save lives. He went in the following day to contest the false allegations but they were being very dismissive with him. (Almost like they were SURE he was the one that left the paraphernalia in the rest room) He told them that he will do a drug test right there but they wouldn't accept it! So now we are seeking lawyers to PROVE to them that they messed up big time! My husband does NOT use drugs! He doesn't even drink alcohol!! His job even does random drug tests on all employees. This is very upsetting and straight up WRONG! All he was trying to do was the right thing and help save lives but now he's been looked at as a criminal! We are paying $150 to get a hair folicol test done today to PROVE his innocents! My husband feels so embarrassed to be singled out like this! It has lowered his self esteem and reputation. I feel so bad for him! He's one of the hardest working people I know. He's respected by so many and for him to be accused of using drugs is a big surprise! For them to accuse him AND ban him without %100 proof is just WRONG! We are not going to let this slide! They messed up big time and we demand an apology!
