      Awful place to work with, tried for two months to get my prescription filled and they just dont seem to know what they are doing. Im not the doctor, I should not be asking the medical questions. I doubt any of them went to med school.

      I went to see ********************* and during a therapy session when she realized I made a mistake she laughed in my face. Which is why I terminated therapy with her. I went to her to learn EMDR therapy for Binge Eating Disorder. She is trained and teaches EMDR. But she is very overweight. How am I supposed to have any confidence in this therapy she teaches for Binge Eating Disorder when it obviously doesn't work for her or she doesn't bother to apply it to herself.

      WORST visit I've ever had!!! I took my dad to their **********, ** office for a first time visit and the lady he had was absolutely RUDE! Including sighing and rolling her eyes at my 2 year old daughter who I had to bring to the visit. She's TWO!! Wouldn't let her touch nothing in her room and I mean NOTHING! And couldn't offer her some crayons or coloring book or anything. Didn't wanna listen to anything we were saying and rushed ** out of the room. And even told me to stop talking so SHE could talk!! Holy bananas... I cannot believe this lady works there. I'll be switching doctors asap! Do NOT see or recommend *****************************!!! She's horribly RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL!

      Poor customer service. It took 8 months to resolve a billing error. Now I have a $400+ credit and a balance due? Go figure. Cant keep medical professionals on staff, cant get a follow up appointment I til July, but need medication now and no one can help. Malpractice waiting to happen.

      Billing is awful! Mailed in a financial application 2 times and both times lost! Now they tell me there is an online link for it after I asked 2 months ago! This has been an ongoing issue with my bill for months! I am reporting them to the ***********!

      Worst billing ever!!! Gave them the code my insurance gave me for them to send in with the 1st 8 sessions to be paid in full through my company's EAP. They refuse to send it to my insurance. They send me a text to a link to pay them with no statements. No idea what they are billing me for. HIPPA violations allowing call center to view entire mental health medical history

      Literally the worst company Ive ever had to work with. They keep billing me for non existent appointments and ignoring all attempts Ive made to get ahold of them regarding this situation. Charged a ton of money and thats all they care about.

      The billing department is condescending and unhelpful. I received bills after I paid them, I received bills over a year after appointments. Our therapist left the practice and Nystrom has been completely unhelpful getting us in touch with her as we have forms we need signed. Additionally, we stopped by to get them signed, but we're told we had to make appt and could not drop them off. I am filing complaint through my insurance as their billing has not been transparent or timely. I wish I had read these reviews sooner. I would not choose Nystrom again.

      This is by far the worst treatment center I ever been to. It's deug infested they discriminate if you relapse and while they work on your medications they treat you unfairly if you mood is altererd by there medication. They kicked me out because I made a comment a new peer didn't like so they put together money for a cab to put me back on the street I will never come back to nystom and associates in ******** ** ***** on ********************. If you don't want to actually get sober then don't go their and the staff are constantly fighting with clientw and each other and make sexual advances twords women and men daily and come in your room off camera but the guys can't flirt with the girl clients. Thank you for letting me share my time here
